Nerd moment but the reason the spider at 8:50 was causing lag is because for some reason when spiders aren’t able to climb all walls in a room their path finding fails and causes horrible lag. It was indeed the spiders fault lol

Okay but the "freeze slugcat in place when entering a room" being described as autism is. Genuinely hilarious because yeah. That is exactly what I do. Like I'll explain why below if anyone cares but. Yeah no I just. I can't even be mad because she's 1000% correct.
As for the promised "why I do that": I pause when entering new places (both irl and in video games honestly) in order to take in all the available information, as if I'm moving that creates too much sensory input for me and I can't effectively process my surroundings and plan my course of action/how to proceed if too much is going on. If I don't pause or take in the information, I feel super stressed the entire time, and almost like I don't know where I am or what I'm doing. So! That's why I, at least personally, pause before proceeding when entering new areas, as someone with autism :3
This mod is awesome I haven't tried it yet but It looks and feels like it should be an official gamemode. (edit) I tried the Slugpup card. Thankfully you still have 2 hands which is nice.

It actually is and let me say. The Gebura debuff is not the worst one but it’s also not specific to Gebura. (She makes the king vultures have more ammo) Honestly the Chesed debuff as Spearmaster is good. He makes it so that things resist spears and you can get more food that way :)
Actually expedition mode altogether just makes Arti use the standard 5 karma limite (saint too sadly) It's also bugged in some way! I think if you have a complete Arti campaign on the same file then any time you fall to/increase from k1 it flashes red like it does after killing the chieftain.
If you want a name to call your viewers/fans (us) then an idea is you could call us Aberrations. Others are welcome to give their ideas in the replies.

a friend and I were struggling to figure out what that one meant for a solid 40 minutes yesterday; turns out when you bring it to Pebbles and use it, it spawns a few random (I think random?) colored pearls and Pebbles reads them all. we were expecting something funnier but that's what it seems to do!
