- 3 times Chef of Ireland winner and Great British Menu contestant Paul Cunningham takes us around the forest and coastline of Newcastle, Northern Ireland. Here we foraged for wild ingredients which he used for the delicious cook-off on the beach.
This environment is typical of many around the UK, none of the ingredients are specific only to this region so get out there and get foraging.
We only scratched the surface with this video and at a particular time of the year, there are just so many plants you can eat. If you like this video and want to learn more we will consider shooting another.
