It's amazing what 3/4" will do. 😀 I love my Triumph Tiger, but that Honda is a great looking bike. It looks fantastic in the white, red and blue they offer in Europe.
Thanks Bob-yeah, it is a cool bike, but there are so many cool bikes. I can only ride one at a time. 😎 I like the Euro version, but black and red works too.
I am like 5'8" ish and it was a bit of a stretch. The guy I sold it too was 6' and he could flat foot it, which is better. I guess you can lower it, or buy something else. Thanks buddy!
I'm 5'7", short legs, 67yo and can touch balls of feet both sides at once; that height is a bit too tall for me. I would probably be ok with a low seat but would definitely be ok with a lowering link. It works wonders on my Versys 300. Ie lowering link.
@@garyoneill8868 yeah, I could have made that bike work, but honestly I already have a Honda Gold Wing and a Ducati scrambler, so I sold the Transalp. Great bike, but I think two bikes is enough. Thanks for sharing your experience! 👍
@@ecirlos4601many manufacturers and aftermarket companies make a lowering link (depending on bike/shock/swingarm design) which is longer than standard. It lowers the rear end by a set amount. Plenty on RUclips about them. They work for me.
Great information JP. You never know how things will work out until you give it a try. I hope you could return the seat. Good luck.
Thanks for checking out the video--it is on its way back already. I had to try it and see...
Thanks for your input. I was planning to buy one.
And you just opened my eyes 👀
Outstanding--glad it was helpful. Stay safe out there!

WOW! I wish the wing seat was that easy to remove and install.
Isn't that the truth! Thanks old buddy! That low seat is going back!
I got the low seat and it feels wider and more comfortable to me but not much lower. My stock seat is very narrow.
That may be, but dang it moved me forward about an inch. I sent it back. I think the stock seat is better, for me anyway. Glad you like it!
Yeah I hear you I don't think I would like being pushed forward and inch. Do I smell a Corbin in your future? 🤣
Hahaha...hey Mike...this is JP1970...I need another seat!😀
That little bit makes a difference. Much better to be on the ball of your feet.
You are right, but it pushed me too far forward. Had to send it back. Thanks buddy!
@@JP1970 yeah, that’s not good for the nuts.😉
@@Viper6-MotoVlogger 😀Thanks buddy!
Great video
Thanks!
Thank you for the video.
Thank you too!😀
Daytona gtx boots will help.
They might, but dang $450 is a bit more than I want to spend on new boots. I will stick with my Forma’s! 😎😎 I appreciate the suggestion, though.
You said balls 😂
Oh my goodness. Thanks for stopping by Doyle.😀
Agreed he said balls a lot!!!🤣🤣🤣
What is your inseam?
I wear pants that are 30", but actually a bit less than that...more like 29".
@@JP1970 Thank you
I am 5’ 6” i might be too short for that bike😳

Should get a real seat done by richs
Tell me more…I don’t know what that is. 😎
