I have a few problems with this video . In the first place in most guns the front sight at 10 meters is the same width as the black part of the target . If you stop the video at 2:45 Your showing that the complete back sight on the out side of the sight is the same width of the black target which would be impossible at 10 meters . The scale is completely wrong . Also no one ever aims at the 4 ring of the target . The front sight is made to match up with the width of the black part of the target at 10 meters so most shooter line up the front and rear sight right at the bottom of the black part of the target .
Steve, thank you for your comment. AIming at the bottom edge of the black distracts the shooter while focussing since his mental focus keeps getting disturbed. You may be used to keeping your sights at the bottom edge, it is not necessary for everybody to follow the same practice. Secondly, the width of the front sight varies from shooter to shooter. Some prefer broader sights some prefer narrower sights. The video is indicative in nature, and does not specifically discuss the width of the front sight nor the aiming area.

@@moshepatchy sir its not tilted permanent it happens sometimes like 40/60 shots front sight and rear sight arent aligned correcly when i pick my pistol up and try to aim . Front sight starts getting a bit towars left and high while right side of front sight is low its like front sight isnt horizontally aligned

Try keeping the sights with the white background of the target, which is between the lower edge of the black circle and the bottom of the target.

Stupid question but in the video animation, he aims the sights at number three with four being above them yet hits 10. Is this normal?
It really doesn't matter whether you aim at 3, 4, 5 th ring because you can give the clicks to match your point of aim with the point of impact.
