Bro, as a kid , my dad bought me my ps4, there and then I promised myself that I will buy the next one. I did. Best feel ever. Just buy it from wherever you can. Trust me.
I just got my PS5 last holiday season. One of my concerns as the console generations continue to move forward is that as the graphic fidelity rises, the quality or innovation of gameplay decreases. As someone who used to work in the game industry as a developer, this is understandable. More time is put into supporting all of the new graphical features and trying to innovate on the gameplay side is sacrificed. To be honest, I still find myself returning back to my PS4. But I'm hopeful that more PS5 games will be released that will demand more of my time.
@@dieterrosswag933 I was hoping after 2 years, the PS5 would have pushed gameplay further. But it's still kind of early in the PS5's lifecycle. I'm sure the games will come. It gives me more time to finish my PS4 and PS3 games I've been too lazy to finish. 😉
Yall be in these comments saying some bull shit 😂 you know the same exact games on p5 are on ps4 right??? You're most likely upgrading for the better graphics! Get a better TV you'll see the full potential
Picked up a PS5 last week, shout out to Best Buy, made it super easy. R&D never stops. Even after the launch of the PS5 they were already working on the next one. This should surprise no one with 1/2 a brain.
I dunno if you noticed, but they’re much more widely available now. It’s in stores locally, online, and when purchasing via PS Direct to get it straight from Sony. It seems like the legend of it always being sold out (and how they still need to focus on making more [especially when their R&D team should be able to work on what’s next considering they’re not impacting PS5 manufacturing]) is oddly outliving the actual fact of it being sold out. Just go check and see if you can get one now rather than talk about it as if people still can’t (which again, seems to no longer really be the case as much ever since the start of the year.) You’ll likely see that you can get one right now without issue. Sony even announced the PS5 shortage as being over a little while ago, and plenty of people are ordering without stock issues now (again, I checked my local stores online & PS Direct right now to see I was just a few steps away from getting one since it was simply readily available from multiple options both locally and online.) Now, is it in stock for every model everywhere at all times? Not quite, but checking a different store or similar will likely find you one without nearly as much trouble as it once was (PS Direct does seem like the most likely place they’ve made them available for online with local stores varying a bit more.)
They have been doing this for every generation 🤦🏽 They started working on PS4 after PS3 released. They started working on PS5 after PS4 came out. They're doing the same thing. No difference. They prepare 7-8 years in advance for the next generation
Okay, but this is no more than what I was expecting by default. The past two generations of PlayStation have been seven years long. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if the PS6 comes out later than 2027 due to all the supply chain issues and silicon shortages, but we’ll see.
2027 PS6 should come with VR 3. Top Playstation exclusives are Last of us, uncharted, God of War, Horizon. TOP XBOX - Halo, Sea of thieves, Gears of War. Best game series on both systems- Batman arkham series, Bioshock, Tomb raider.
To be fair, this gen of consoles are using AMD’s RDNA 2, and RDNA 3 has already come out (with them being much more widely available now, too) so looking at what’s next is just smart. Holiday 2027 for PS6 has them probably planning for and doing R&D for an architecture that isn’t even here yet (if being RDNA based at all at that point.) This is kinda them just announcing/planning for the fact they’re going to continue releasing consoles as they usually do by giving a generation 5+ years of it being current gen and 10+ years of support. It’s almost not news & just them confirming what we can already expect based on past behavior.
@Skynet Every year $400 (definitely not true)? Need to buy games multiple times (some that did that during the generation transition did work to improve the game and it was the game developer’s/publisher’s choice to charge for their work to do that or not with many opting to just have it be a more typical update and/or are bundled together [making it totally free]… and very very rarely, if ever, do you need to buy the whole game all over again with most of those devs/publishers that chose to charge for the upgrade usually having it be something like $10 or so)? It seems like you’re just saying stuff to be anti-console without any real point, is unrelated to the topic at hand (next console generation release date), and/or at least isn’t coming across as being very based in people’s actual experiences with both console & PC. I definitely do understand PC offers that greater component flexibility (which Sony has always been good at when it comes to their storage devices being upgradable & standardized, at least), but you still have motherboard & cpu socket generations that has you buy effectively a new system every 5-10 years to stay up-to-date just like with a console (then the profit margin on console vs PC for the hardware are probably closer than you’d think, if not favoring consoles in some cases), and then people want to just get it and know all games will work well without needing to keep checking individual components that may or may not be the bottleneck for improving their performance, dealing with Windows just to play games, and things like that. Heck, saying “PC is better because you can install mods” or “PC lets you push the limits on quality” would instead be totally correct & definitely makes PC still have a big place in gaming. Odd choices in what you chose to say instead there. Also, they all kinda end up being waste in the end… both PC & consoles. So saying consoles are filling up landfills & is overly wasteful compared to a PC is kinda just ignoring what happens to the old parts when a PC upgrade is made (is it kept around & used less often? Same can be done with consoles… making the point kinda nullified.) The frequency of PC parts vs console replacements then being similar as previously stated. Also, I then have no idea what looking at PS4 multiplayer lobbies is supposed to show with all that being considered.
You mean software install by humans? There's no such thing as AI. It's all human programming. Humans made it, so anything that comes out is human made. Again there is no such thing as AI. Even the name sounds ironic. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, you mean FAKE INTELLIGENCE?
@Prison Mike bro the game changer would be video games in actual 4k. Not the 2k upscale rubbish and hdr which they trick you in believing its better quality by hdr. It's still 2k. Lkke your phone if you dim the nits. It looks less better. If you bright up your screen it looks better. Can't believe how players got tricked into that. Tbh its not the devs fault. The tech today ain't fast enough to make a full 4k game. It would take them way longer then now to make a game. Only some movies have come out in full 4k. Last one I know was the joker movie. 4k tech been around for nearly a decade now. And still no games and movies in full 4k. Just the bs 2k upscale. If ps6 doesn't have full 4k games. That means from 2012 or 13 when 4k came in to 2027. That would be a long time that devs can't make a full 4k game. Imo just abandoned the 4k train for now. Until they can actually make true 4k content bro
@Byn 163 to my knowledge there isn't. Games will say its in 4k. But when you look at the back of the game. It says 2k. Which is very annoying. I'm holding on to tiny hope that spiderman 2 is fully 4k. As they said it was made for next gen only. But I highly doubt that will be in full 4k. No doubt it will be 2k only.
Games are becoming extremely complicated and time consuming to produce that we are beginning to see less releases with large gaps in new content . I think this is why Sony is pumping out the remakes in an attempt to fill this void. Compared to producing a new game a remake is significantly faster. There is a noticeable difference in how often new games are released today compared with previous generations
Kinda why, when the PS6 finally does come out, it should be fully backwards compatible (or at least PS3 on up) to fill that void. So many great games trapped on the ps3 that could've and should've been playable on the PS5 by simply inserting the disc. Would give people something to do while waiting for longer releases.
What is so complicated about producing games? The gamers are still going for the story of the game mostly. As far as I know it is not much more difficult to write a story than it was 20 years ago. The graphics can be used from the engines. If they keep it simple and focus on a good story, it can be a hit game. They should remember that they are making games for the user to play, but not movies for the user to watch. If I want to watch a movie with great graphics, I will watch a movie
I just ordered a PS5, and I've been looking through some games, and honestly, I'm starting to feel like games are becoming even more focused on graphics rather than actual gameplay. These days, I tend to look forward to remakes, like Resident Evil 4, or games that are part of an established series, like Mortal Kombat, GTA, and others.
@@mustasheolll2020 true but PS5 at least has more games coming out compared to Xbox, Spider-Man 2 coming out and Marvel Wolverine, a few others which are definitely more superior than Xbox games but they definitely aren’t coming out at a fast enough rate. There’s been new games for sure though but they aren’t games essentially built for the next gen consoles. I’ve yet to see a game come out that’s utilized it’s full hardware. Also I don’t know why most games come out and have ray tracing but can only use ray tracing when you have a game set at 30 fps when these next gen consoles could easily use 60 fps and ray tracing
yeah 100% true in the last 5 ish years they have stopped with story and worry about looks and even then they gave up on the game even working right at the start. It's pretty much what they did to gaming in the 1970's that crashed it but it won't crash this time because to many people in the world even if 1% buys they still made their millions on a broke game. It's also full of kids that can't think to stand up to them and not buy like adults are doing with budlight.
I bought my ps5 a year ago and I had to buy Walmarts membership thing just to get it. It let me buy mine 2 hours before the playstion drop that day and it worked the first try. It was the only way to beat the bots online. I cancelled my membership right after I paid for the PlayStation😂
Still haven’t seen the limits of the Ps5 yet. I own a Ps5 and the difference between PS4 and Ps5 games are nice, but not groundbreaking. I feel like today’s next gen consoles still have a lot more to prove before we mention Ps6
Its called diminishing returns, that why a leap like PS2 to PS3 is practically impossible nowadays, despite the fact that PS4 and PS5 are 7 years apart There would be a point where graphics can´t evolve.
We haven't even gotten a mid-gen upgrade yet, let alone Ps5/XBSX being widely available as the new undisputed standard. I'm still using my 2013 XB1 cause I can't afford/find one in the wild.
so on ps5 now we're looking at like 6600-6600xt performance roughly, so by 2027 we'll be at RDNA 4, I can only imagine the ps6 having 4090-like or better performance at that time. True native 4k at 120hz+ for any console game. Wow
No, actually is RX 6700 XT performance, in fact looking at the specs of the series X that is slightly stronger you can see the actual level is 6700 XT/RTX 3070 that means RTX 2080 Ti (slightly under). The Xbox Series X and PS5 were very impressive when their specs announced, so if when they did they have specs that matched the best gaming GPU by 2027 I wouldn’t be surprise if the console had or exceeds RTX 5090 performance
I just bought a ps3 lol nd honestly I’m having so much fun playing games I never got to experience before. And I love that I can put a game in and just play without having to wait for constant updates and copies
That's not true though, some games have to be installed and it takes AGES. Metal Gear Solid 4 was about 3 hours after putting my disc in before I finally got to play it.
Well let’s hope all the ps6’s won’t be sold out within the first day because of scalpers and we are all left without a next gen console again for another 3 years 🎉 until they release the 7 and we are all still on the 4!
@@B-A-L makes no damn sense at all. Scalpers were beating customers to the checkout screen so even if you didn't buy from a scalper then what you just didn't get one?
I know exactly what's going to happen. The press release is going to say "New PS6! Prices starting at $279.99!" people are gonna love it, and then the next day, they will launch another press release saying "Whoops! It actually costs $27999, someone added a dot there when they shouldn't have done"
My family got console lucky recently. I found an Xbox Series X at Walmart and used my November birthday money to buy it. My mom found a PS5 Disc Edition at another Walmart a week before Christmas and bought it for my spoiled brother lol. Both are just regular Walmarts in our city and both times we weren't looking for consoles.
Yeah, the stock issue really isn’t much of a thing anymore. Sony has even said as much, but the legend of it always being sold out seems to be outliving the actual facts of the matter.
@D Orch he's a brat lol. My family was very poor growing up so I had nothing and knew the value of money. I had to save up for every nice thing I ever had. When I was 17 my dad got a really good job and now we have a 2021 BMW, a gorgeous bright red and black 2020 Lt Trail Boss, and they had a pool and waterfall put in in the backyard. They also now give my brother EVERYTHING. He thinks everything is free and he can get whatever he wants. Lately he's been starting to yell at my mom constantly if things aren't exactly like he wants them. It's the most annoying thing.
@@jamesmccormick4391 if your parents are open to you, have a conversation to them regarding this, and maybe you'll convince them to spoil your brother less.
Its crazy how 3 years has passed so fast since PS5 release. I don't have PS3 nor PS4 nor PS5. Only have PS1 from childhood, later got ps2. What I really want is to get PS5, it looks so sick. PS6 will be truly insane. Well PS5 is already but PS6 will be more insane. Expecting any game with 4K + Max FPS + Ray Tracing. Even 8K will be possible too for start at least.
I mean, we already have 2yrs. in the tank, + 5. Which makes it 7yrs. old at that point. That seems about right! I remember Sony talking about the PS5 at the times when we were still in the PS4 era and they said the generation wouldn't take as long as the PS3, which was 8yrs. So 7yrs. for the PS5 certainly isn't a stretch in my opinion and i think a pretty good number. I think a console should last long, sure. but having a new iteration every 5yrs. wouldn't be bad either imo. I understand not everyone can buy the newest, shiny console. Though, A LOT of people buy a new $1K phone every year. But people would have problems buying a $500-$600 every 5yr. ? Of course, very different purpose, i understand that, but still, 1yr and 5yrs are very big differences as well. Also, holding on to older hardware is what keeps engineers/devs from innovating as well. That being said, i love my PS5. But i still love the PS3 as well. I did like the PS4 but i feel like the PS5 has been the biggest leap since the PS3. I'm not only talking graphics but of course loading & install times as well. I think this was the way forwards. Because in the graphics departement it is already very good! And now it's doing all of that while being silent (and not sounding like a jet-engine!)
I think the difference between buying a phone an a console is, one is like a one time payment. The other requires you to still buy games, so your £500 doesn’t just sit there. We finish games within days to 6 months, and that’s it. A new game will be needed to keep using the console. Question is, do people really get tired of a console, or the lack of creativity in the games released on these consoles? Same story, same short hours. A lot of people are still playing PS4.
@@its_dfg I absolutely agree with you! Though you could argue that this phone could also be used over multiple years. Still (a lot) of people choose to pay $1k phones every year. Even more when it comes to those folding phones. But it's true that you keep spending on games. Though, if you think about it, the games are merely the software. So in that sense, you could argue that people who buy those phones also download (paying) apps, subscriptions...
@@DBLCreations I would have to disagree with both of you. I don’t think it’s good for the industry to push for new consoles before the community is ready. Whether people like it or not, most console gamers don’t have the PS5 or Series X. And there still isn’t a good enough reason/games for most people to. And since these companies take losses on their new consoles, they would be forced to port the games to the last generation anyway to have a bigger player base and turn a profit. Which puts even more pressure on the devs to make sure the games run smoothly on all platforms and they can’t even push the new hardware. Because of the pandemic I can easily see the PS5 get 2 extra years added to it’s life
@@keneogbue3421 You are free to disagree of course. But i'm just talking in general. I'm not talking about this moment because i know the pandemic play a big role in all of this. And then of course, we have the chip shortage as well. I'm thinking more when everything is just business as normal. Innovation is needed for the sake of progress. And there actually are a lot of benefits with the new consoles. So unless you own one, (which i don't think you do, but correct me if i'm wrong.) You can't really know about them. A lot of people look at the graphics, which is nice. But it's more than that. It's also the speed of the consoles, they are very fast, that's really a big pointer in this generation. I really feel like this is pushing the industry forwards. Loading times are a thing of the past.
If anything this should be the PS5 Pro. Streamline the regular PS5 by making the disc version an optional hardware upgrade and plug it into the usb/usb-c port so there’s just one PS5 and then create the Pro version for the higher visuals and framerate, and better cooling optimization🤷🏾♂️
I also don’t think they should release a Slim model either. I understand if Sony wants to spread out the eggs so that the scalpers have a harder time getting to them, but seeing as more AI and Bot-tech is available for the public this will always be a cat and mouse game so I don’t think them making a PS5, PS5 Slim, and PS5 Pro model will help them alleviate scalping at this point. Only their website and 3rd party ordering UI/UX and software can save that
They might still do a PS5 Pro/Slim/etc. before holiday 2027. This just matches the industry’s established timeline for console generations for when the next big update is, and that they’re working on it accordingly. I could still see an updated PS5 model happening in the 4-5 years between then & now that just hasn’t leaked/announced yet.
@@KZeni yeah you’re probably right. I wish they just made one PS5 preferably the digital version with a disc add on plug in so everyone can access it if they wanted too
I remember when the ps4 came out there wasn’t even talks about a ps5 there were talks about the ps4 being the last PlayStation console I remember, But when the ps5 comes out they have a shortage and then people start joking and saying that they will get their hands on a ps6 before they get their hands on a 5 and then leak’s already came out about the 6 for 2027-2028 😂😂
There’s already a bunch of really good releases on it. God of war ragnorok, horizon forbidden west, demon souls remake, ratchet and clank, returnal etc. This year it’s getting final fantasy 7 remake part 2, final fantasy 16, forspoken, hogwarts legacy, Spider-Man 2 and a bunch of others. In another 5-6 years it’ll definitely have wayyy more also.
@@divinehatred6021 They already relasing their ''exclusives'' to PC. I sold my PS5 that I got on release for more than I bought it for and instead upgraded my PC. See no reason to own PS5, when I always have beefy PC and instead will just wait for ''exclusive'' 0.5-2 years to release on PC to play them at better graphics settings with more FPS. It's win win for customers and sony. I don't spend money on the console and for online multiplayer (on which they lose money for first year anyway), thye get revenue from games from PC users.
@Max Larson it depends on how far you sit away from the screen. I got LG C2 42 on my desk, and believe me, it's enough when you sit 3-5 feet away. Before that, I used 34" UW1440p 165hz, 27 1440p 180hz, and 24 144hz since 2013. The 34 and 27 are already pretty big, and you see the same things that you see on any (16:9 aspect ratio) TV. On 34" you actually see more in sports games and on TV cause it has ultrawide mode. If you also play shooters competitively, you want to play at most at 27" and best at 23-25" screen. Tried it with CS, Valorant, CoD, and BF, 24 inches size gives you competitive edge over folks who play on TVs and even 27. If you would had made an argument that it's nice to play from the couch and then I would agree with you. SP games are best played on the couch and relaxed. Also, a minimum 65 size screen for that is the best 75 if you sit tad far away. Can do with 55 if you sit not that far away. I got LG C2 42 and am planning to get an LG G3 65. My cousin got a Samsung OLED 55, and it's awesome. The only downside of PS5 is that it can not run proper RT, and it can not run properly 4K 60fps. It runs dynamic resolution in most (if not all) games at 1800p to get to 60fps. That's why I am waiting for PS5 Pro, for proper 4K 60FPS and RT or ninite. If it costs more, I will just pay more. It will come because it's a good business move from Sony. People will pay up, and they want that 💰.
@Max Larson so god of war, hdw, Spider-Man 2, demon souls remake, ff16, hogwarts legacy, the upcoming parasite Eve etc. None of those are good? 99 percent of the world would disagree and it’s very clear you haven’t played any of them. Keep blindly hating though
these companies keep rushing new consoles but theres no major graphic improvements at all. ps2 to ps3 was such a huge graphic jump compared to ps4 to ps5. people dont even get access to console purchases until like 3 years after its released. now that i finally got the 5 sony is coming out with a 6 in 2026? like wtf
Even though the ps6 is gonna come soon or later I see it as a ps5 pro because the ps5 now is a big leap already. To go beyond that would just be a ps6 territory the 5 is amazing as is how can you top that with a boosted 5no at this point just go to 6. Boosting a ps4 with the pro was fine that console was out for a long time so to me it makes since to just do this.
PS5 is struggling to hit 4k 60 with increased graphics these days already. Its a $500 console from 2020, it's not a PC. You don't have any clue what you're talking about
PlayStation said it will only do a 5 year run on PS5. They will still make and sell PS5s past that 5 years, but the new and better PS6 is in the works. AMD with a 5Ghz CPU and uses 1/2 the power of Ryzen 7.
Why would they release the PS6 so soon in 2025 (from 2020 onwards to 2025) instead of releasing a smaller and quieter PS5 Slim and a PS5 Pro with the same CPU but overclocked to about 3.8-4 GHz and a new GPU capable of about 20 TFLOPs ? The GPU could be about as powerful as the 3070 (the PS5s GPU is about as powerful as the 2080)
@@JDG-vn4ti Hardware change schedule is tied to tech industry not to game development. R&D in hardware segment has accelearted due to covid and we are already 2 gen ahead of consoles for consumer use. By 2027 we will be like 5-6 gen ahead of consumers. AMD already can get way better hardware for same money, by 2027 they probably can get 2-4x times as fast hardware for same money. If they spend same money for hardware then why not to upgrade.
yep, I got the system pretty much a year after it was released as a Christmas gift with Final fantasy VII that came out on christmas morning 1997. Best year of my life and it changed my whole world and perception on games as a medium of interactive story telling.
Man I wish I still had my playstation does bring back so many memories loved the 007 game and crash bandicoot. Got every other one though guess I got to find me one to complete the set
That is the forecasted pipeline, which seems fine. Things change. There are still some crossgen big titles that are being released, holding this generation back (probably supply chain issues for PS5 and a lot of ps4's on the market). They haven't used the full power of the PS5 (maybe except horizon), but mechanically there is a lot to be improved gameplay wise. So 2027 for next gen seems fair
The problem consoles are about to run into is the more powerful they become the less the small form factor cooling will work. Either the consoles get bigger or they can't improve cooling capabilities. They are essentially a giant blower card gpu, and they don't even make those anymore because they won't work on modern cards. Current consoles I think are about on par with a 3050-3060 gpu. If we can expect the next line to be anywhere near a 3090 or a 4090 by the time they come out the consoles will either have to be water cooled or as large as a pc. Which will make them more expensive.
I predicted that myself. The timeline between the console generations have been the same since the release of the very first PlayStation. 6-7 years. It’s no doubt coming 2027. They’re working on it as we speak. It’s crazy how fast tech moves. But that actually is a long time. The PS5 is outselling the PS4 during the same life span. And it could possibly outsell the legendary PlayStation 2. Hopefully GTA IV will be out well before the release of the PS6, and the XBOX 2. Which is scheduled to be around holidays 2027. But I wouldn’t be shocked If Rockstar focuses this entire console generation on the development of GTA IV. Then we will get a PS5, and a XBSX/S version, along with the intended PS6, and XB2 versions. I say this because Rockstar has released a GTA title, every year we get the next gen consoles. GTA 6 was supposed to come out in 2020. But development was in “hell” during the early stages. So after one of the CEO’s stepped down, in 2020. Development completely restarted. I think they changed their plan. They want to make GTAV a 2 gen title. While bringing in the biggest product in history GTA 6, for PlayStation 6 and XBOX 2.
@@bradleywilson5641 that’s the rumors that RUclipsrs who are fishing for views spread around the internet with no valuable source to prove their rumors. I don’t think it’s coming out next year. They’re spending billions with a B developing this game. If you think it’s coming out next year when development started in 2019 then you’re crazy.
Most of the ps5 console owners (and gamers still searching for a ps5) lost 2 years due to scalpers (up to 15% of consoles), low inventory on chips, and covid 19 protocols. Relasing the ps6 in 4 years feels rushed.
I’m just going PC after my experience with the ps5. Sony has not fixed that defect where the system randomly turns off in the middle of gameplay and if your warranty ran out it’s 250.75 to fix the problem that you didn’t create. So I’ve been looking into building pcs

Don't worry! Even the Sony ceo don't know when the ps6 will be released!
Update:my ps5 never turned on again when I tried to update😭😭
They should focus getting more PS5’s out then plan a PS6 🤷🏻♂️
Amen to that lmao😂
Sony even announced the PS5 shortage as being over a little while ago, and plenty of people are ordering without stock issues now (again, I checked my local stores online & PS Direct right now to see I was just a few steps away from getting one since it was simply readily available from multiple options both locally and online.)
Now, is it in stock for every model everywhere at all times? Not quite, but checking a different store or similar will likely find you one without nearly as much trouble as it once was (PS Direct does seem like the most likely place they’ve made them available for online with local stores varying a bit more.)
PS5s are already out there unless you live in a cave...
If you want a ps5, it’s not hard to get one.
Holiday 2027 for PS6 has them probably planning for and doing R&D for an architecture that isn’t even here yet (if being RDNA based at all at that point.)
This is kinda them just announcing/planning for the fact they’re going to continue releasing consoles as they usually do by giving a generation 5+ years of it being current gen and 10+ years of support.
It’s almost not news & just them confirming what we can already expect based on past behavior.
Yes 👏🏼 but always remember that common sense isn’t that common
yer amd and nvidia release new gpus every year or two
This comment is you saying that they're saying they they're gonna keep doing what they've been saying.
PS 5 doesn't even have complete rdna 2.0
AI will play a massive role in the next generation of consoles
Most likely
@@arianagrandefan934is there not ps5 games that is actual 4k? I think there is.

Sony hasn't said anything its the "TRUST ME BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Rumors that made sony "seem" like they said something when its been quiet
20 years ago there was so much games
Imma be honest, the PS5/Series S/X have NO games

PlayStation 6? when nobody even has a PlayStation 5.... WTF
@@BamvickGaming Yeah, a lot of people can't read anymore. 😏 😘
Loading times are a thing of the past.

bro, lets get settled with the ps5 first....shits been out of stock for YEARS
If anything this should be the PS5 Pro.

@Max Larson
it depends on how far you sit away from the screen.

The GPU could be about as powerful as the 3070 (the PS5s GPU is about as powerful as the 2080)
And 5GHz CPU ? Don’t expect anything like that from a console unless you want the console to be the size of a PC.
Ps6 is coming out in 2028 or 2030 due to the pandemic slowing down sells idk what you thinking about
When did they say that?
@@JDG-vn4ti Hardware change schedule is tied to tech industry not to game development.
R&D in hardware segment has accelearted due to covid and we are already 2 gen ahead of consoles for consumer use.
By 2027 we will be like 5-6 gen ahead of consumers.
AMD already can get way better hardware for same money, by 2027 they probably can get 2-4x times as fast hardware for same money.
If they spend same money for hardware then why not to upgrade.
There's no way they're gonna release the PS6 in only 4 years from now.
The PS6 logo better come in PS2 font or I’m gonna loose it!
How many of you owned PS1?Which was your fav game? Mine was Harry Potter❤️fact: Actually it was knows as just 'Sony Playstation'
yep, I got the system pretty much a year after it was released as a Christmas gift with Final fantasy VII that came out on christmas morning 1997. Best year of my life and it changed my whole world and perception on games as a medium of interactive story telling.
Only missing piece from my collection is a PS3. Was born in 84'. 8bit 16bit era. I love the evolution of gaming :)
Man I wish I still had my playstation does bring back so many memories loved the 007 game and crash bandicoot. Got every other one though guess I got to find me one to complete the set
Metal Gear or Gta I think
Resident evil 2
gta 6 will come included with ps6 most likely
Gta as a whole has greater brand value than PlayStation
Bruh some people don't even have the PS5 yet and they be taking about the ps6
Last of us was great, but damn, Days Gone was low key my favorite game I played last year when I got it.
When is the pre-booking?
The problem consoles are about to run into is the more powerful they become the less the small form factor cooling will work. Either the consoles get bigger or they can't improve cooling capabilities. They are essentially a giant blower card gpu, and they don't even make those anymore because they won't work on modern cards. Current consoles I think are about on par with a 3050-3060 gpu. If we can expect the next line to be anywhere near a 3090 or a 4090 by the time they come out the consoles will either have to be water cooled or as large as a pc. Which will make them more expensive.
Can’t even buy a car PlayStation 5…..
But you can. Ps website has them.
Ps6 😠 ps5=0 game
Your eyes 😍
Already? We're still waiting for a banger of a game in PS5..
There's so many good games that came out last year
People are having trouble getting a PS5, and then, a PS6 shows up
Wow a brand new PS? Looks great wonder what it's price design and specs will be 🥰❤
Specs? Awful, behind PC specs, as always.
@@divinehatred6021 Cool?

While bringing in the biggest product in history GTA 6, for PlayStation 6 and XBOX 2.
i hate to say it but your probably right
GTA IV?
Gta 6 is out next year in 2024
@@bradleywilson5641 that’s the rumors that RUclipsrs who are fishing for views spread around the internet with no valuable source to prove their rumors. I don’t think it’s coming out next year. I think they’re still in key parts of development, and they really want to change the landscape of gaming forever. Think about it, GTA 6 will be the most expensive game ever made. They’re spending billions with a B developing this game. If you think it’s coming out next year when development started in 2019 then you’re crazy.
@@marcus7990fall 2024. Come back here when the trailer drops
I just got a PS5. A PS6 in 27 would be nuts.
Click bate.
We don't need a PlayStation 6 on till we get GTA6
Most of the ps5 console owners (and gamers still searching for a ps5) lost 2 years due to scalpers (up to 15% of consoles), low inventory on chips, and covid 19 protocols. Relasing the ps6 in 4 years feels rushed.
I haven't even seen a PS5 in the wild yet lol.
Already? Just got my 5 last month. Can we pre-order now than?
They're going to do like car companies and start making one every year
May I know what headset is Lew using.
I still don't understand why people don't just get pcs💀
I’m just going PC after my experience with the ps5. Sony has not fixed that defect where the system randomly turns off in the middle of gameplay and if your warranty ran out it’s 250.75 to fix the problem that you didn’t create. So I’ve been looking into building pcs
With the rapid advance of AI, the playstation 6 might just be the last.
Seriously Sony, only 12 percent of interested consumers were actually able to get a real working PS5 and you want to debut the next one?
Alright, I guess. Just make sure everyone can have an opportunity to get a PS6 okay?
Ayo wtf I just got my ps5, this starting to feel like I phone 🤣
Dont fall for the rumors lol ps6 wont be out before 2027
"The last of Voss is great." as he chugs the last of his Voss. Great. 22:23
Where do I sign up to get my also first
Doesnt matter long as my games are saved through the server im fine with upgrading
I moved to PS4 from xbox 360, the 360 still being one of my favourite consoles of all time. Sad to see the only exclusives that were once so great go down hill on Xbox, Gears/Halo :(. I miss and loved those games.
lol
The ps5 is already crazy expensive
Bro is that Rooney cousin 😂😂💀
Gota ask the store managers of retail stores . They lock them up in the offices due too thefts . Take my word . Just gota ask them .
I still playing on PS4 and have 12 games I still never played :P i start think what to choose PS5 or XOSX and you telling me that Sony wants to released PS6. Really? 😑
Will this have a disc drive? Or all digital
Both
Playstation 6 : I'm Here!
The person who made " me or the ps5 " : Me or the PS6
Idk why this is surprising by any means. Most consoles life cycles are typically 6-7 years with maybe a slim or pro model in between all that
The ps5 did so well? In which realm?
wich headset do you wear?
i miss popping the game in and just play
