Norman, touching story! You are not a failure. You are dealing with a disease, for which you are managing, not cured of. It’s important to recognize your negative feelings and emotions and learn to sit with them. Embrace them. Be patient with them. Don’t push them away and don’t view them as bad. They are thoughts, feelings. Namaste 🙏🏽!

Norman is my favorite person to keep up with. He always takes accountability for his actions, no matter what he does. You got this Norman 💜 prayers and condolences for your loss.
Hey Norman. This is an old friend. I'm proud of you. You inspire others by coming back and admitting everything.i always knew you were a brilliant man. You are going to get through this. You've been through worse. Your mom is watching over you.
So sorry for the loss of your sister ☹️ A difficult situation for any of us. Please don't beat yourself up over this. It's just a setback. No one is perfect. No one. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. You can recover. Wear those Christmas socks with pride brother!
Norman - I'm an adict too and you explained it like nobody else on this channel, ad have relapsed multiple times. Addiction is the worst affliction on the planet - us addicts watch our lives unravel like it's a slow motion train wreck and we are the quadraplegic driver. Please hang in there - just like you said, all one can do is try to stay positive and keep trying. Never give up, no matter what. God bless you!
So glad to see you again Norman. Please don’t hide from Mark because of shame, he is here to talk and help. We are all so worried about you and are hoping you walk towards the light.
I'm sorry about your sister, Norman. What a tragedy for everybody. You are so strong. Keep fighting this. We believe in you! Your story always inspires me to keep pushing forward.
I started listening to this interview and had to stop and listen to all of his other interviews. My God what a beautiful soul. So self aware. I am too, which is a blessing and a curse. and sometimes I lack the wherewithal myself. Listening to you has helped me, please don’t stop speaking.
Norman!! Keep your head up! I’ve relapsed several times in the past and I know it’s so hard to even admit that you’ve relapsed. You are heading back in the right direction. No judgment here, that’s for sure. No negativity from me. I’ve been there, I know how it feels to read or see negative shit about yourself from other people and it’s doesn’t feel good. Just keep your head up and get back on track. I’m proud of you that you are there and holding yourself accountable. Don’t ever give up. ❤️
We all love you so much Norman and I can relate. I relapsed so many times in my first couple yrs in recovery. Relapse happens to everyone, if they say they didn't they're lying. People relapse for the smallest of reasons but in your case it took a tragedy. Tragedies don't happen that often. Your one strong dude. Just keep going, every day you don't use is one day closer to freedom. One more day you get to enjoy in your right mind without the shame. You're doing good Norman and I can't wait for the next time we see you.

Out of all the videos on here I’ve watched, & it’s had to be over a hundred, his story is the most insightful & inspiring. He’s so articulate & strong. Every word he speaks he means. This is a special human being. His strength and perseverance is at another level
It's alright Norman - I am just happy to see you ! Life is so beautiful, but damn there's nothing scarier than change. I still remember getting sober when time would go by slow and it was terrifying, so my heart goes out to you Norman - and you're an amazing person no matter what.

Sir, the words that you’ve spoken here are by far the most honest, powerful, and enlightening that I have come across on this platform, infinite respect and gratitude!
Don’t worry about the negative comments bro if you read this there’s always going to be assholes. No matter how honest you are or how much you understand and accept your own addiction some just won’t understand. But I understand you completely. Especially with the drinking leading to drugs. Unfortunately that’s how it started with me too. I hope we can both get away from our major vice.
I just got past the part in the video where he says something about negative comments so I scrolled down and pretty much comment is very nice and encouraging. The only people on this channel I see get bad comments are pimps and thieves lol
He is so hard on himself.. quite possibly that's why he started smoking in the first place.. he holds himself at such a higher standard which is much higher than was expected of a human.. maybe Norm forgets that he is merely human and that's it that's all...... Nevertheless I'm still proud of him I hope he finds what works for him and lightens up a little bit on himself and I'm so so sorry for the loss of his sister and such a tragic way 🙏🙏 ♥️ Damn Norm.......give yourself a big hug or take this one 🤗.......,much love to you🙏
Hey Norman. I know you're reading this so this is my message to you. I just watched all of your videos and I want you to know I also struggle with understanding my self worth and equating it to other people's perceptions of me. But you know who you are and you know your greatness and your capabilities. I believe in you. You have seriously been dealt a very shitty hand of life. I mean just as you start to get back on your feet you, you get this tragedy. You're courage is admirable. You have my respect and my prayers. You got back up and keep running.
Norman, I heard you say you read the comments. I’ve watched all of your videos and I felt compelled to comment something positive. You are incredibly inspiring. I can see the light even in your darkest times. Addiction isn’t understood by many; nor the trauma you’ve experienced. Keep your head up and your faith. One day at a time. Sending you encouraging wishes and for comfort, hope and healing💖
Nobody is perfect Norman, we all fall but we get back up and try again. Addiction is hard, and you have to find other ways to redirect your emotions and hurt. God will forgive you if people don't,please forgive yourself. Better days are coming!
The self-awareness he articulates is the kind one gains when you're tired of introspection. He understands himself better that anyone else. He's reached an equilibrium of self-compassion and duty to himself. Norman is going to be ok.
Norman! You didn't use because you lost your sister... you used because you didn't want to feel. That's the goal for the majority of addicts. Feel the feelings and grieve. And know the feeling is the healing, the part that hurts.
There’s Norman!!!! I’ve been thinking of him!! Glad to see him back, of course I wish it was a different update, but I’m glad to see him alive and back to interviewing. Oh Norman rock those Christmas socks! There’s Christmas in July, so screw it... have Christmas in March! If your feet are warm, it doesn’t matter what’s on the socks. So sad and sorry to hear about your sister, it’s okay when we fall as long as you get back up and experience grief and loss is so hard and felt deep, your still worth it! God still loves you
Norman you will make it, relapses are part of the journey. Believe in yourself the way Mark does and most of us, you have amazing qualities and honesty is just one of them 💜
You can do it. I still believe in you. We all have set backs the thing is that as long as you have breath in your body you have another chance to start over. Keep going no matter what use that wherewithal you taught me about. You still have it, use it. If no one told you I love you , I do and I'm so proud of you for coming forward.

@@mihe6212 There are 54 countries in Africa and 1.2bil people. I am sure some of them have crack and some don’t there is not a single view. Its like asking is there crack in Asia? Saudi Arabia might have none but Japan or the Philippines is a whole different place, so its not a simple yes or no. If you are asking about crack in South Africa as a country I dont believe its the biggest narcotic here or even that significant we have more issues with meth like drugs and opiates
@@mihe6212 what kind of stupit question!
Norman is my favorite person to keep up with. He always takes accountability for his actions, no matter what he does. You got this Norman 💜 prayers and condolences for your loss.
Mine too.
Yes
Hey Norman. This is an old friend. I'm proud of you. You inspire others by coming back and admitting everything.i always knew you were a brilliant man. You are going to get through this. You've been through worse. Your mom is watching over you.
YOU are a breath of fresh air and YOU are a light. The hardest person we have to convince is ourselves 💜
I have said 1 million times, and I will say it again. This series deserves an Emmy.
There is POWER in the name of Jesus. He is waiting for you to call his name. Sending love! Jesus will set you free. (Hug)
So glad to see you again Norman. Please don’t hide from Mark because of shame, he is here to talk and help. We are all so worried about you and are hoping you walk towards the light.
Don’t be ashamed Norman, that could sometimes drive you deeper. Take it as a learning experience see where you went wrong and move on from there.
Norman you’re one cool dude keep strong
I'm sorry about your sister, Norman. What a tragedy for everybody. You are so strong. Keep fighting this. We believe in you! Your story always inspires me to keep pushing forward.
Norman, I'm so very sorry for the loss of your sister. I hope you can get back on the healthy track. You deserve to be well
I started listening to this interview and had to stop and listen to all of his other interviews. My God what a beautiful soul. So self aware. I am too, which is a blessing and a curse. and sometimes I lack the wherewithal myself. Listening to you has helped me, please don’t stop speaking.
❤
Much respect for him. I love his honesty.
Keep keeping GOD 1st I’m proud of you Norman we fall down we not perfect but get up that’s all we can do
I’ve been waiting for this........... 😔 One of the Best parts about Life is that you get (2) twelve hour chances in (1) day......if you mess up in the first twelve hours you can try and fix it in the next twelve..... bottom line is....Life is filled with second chances..... Lets start again Norm.... Lets start over....you can do it! 💪
"If I could turn my leg around I'd kick my own ass...

@@ThaMightyWon ...sure enough! Haha! I love this guy, I like to hear him speak, I wish him well, and if he reads this..just know that I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! 😁
This is a tough journey you've been going through. You are not alone. We are here praying for you to get clean. Take up something to replace your addiction. Get addicted to helping others. You are good at that. Painting, poetry...whenever you get the urge, call a friend to help you. Your family needs you. You need them. You can do this!
Nice to hear from you,Norman. Its always a pleasure to listen to you speak. I honestly hope things get better for you💜
Norman...we are not disappointed at all...we have so much Empathy for your hurting heart.

Norman, I'm proud of you for facing Mark and coming in to do this update. We love you no matter what, always remember that.
Honesty is the most important thing, with yourself and others. You are doing that Norman so you can carry on moving forward. We believe in you.
Out of all the videos on here I’ve watched, & it’s had to be over a hundred, his story is the most insightful & inspiring. He’s so articulate & strong. Every word he speaks he means. This is a special human being. His strength and perseverance is at another level
We’re all rooting foe you Norman! Sending you love ❤️
I'm so invested in his life. I wish nothing but love and happiness for him.
It's alright Norman - I am just happy to see you ! Life is so beautiful, but damn there's nothing scarier than change. I still remember getting sober when time would go by slow and it was terrifying, so my heart goes out to you Norman - and you're an amazing person no matter what.
Yeah
he's dropping gems... common sense isn't common it's a form of intelligence...transparency is love
norman, if you’re reading this, my brother recently passed in a violent accident as well. he was 17. i’m sending you so much love and endless amount of prayers. keep her legacy alive and continue to make her proud. you’re beyond amazing.
I’m sorry for your loss
I’m sorry for your loss Norman.
So proud of you! It takes a BRAVE person to talk about this. Keep going. We are all here for you!
Missed seeing you Norman.
Please keep fighting ❤️
Sir, the words that you’ve spoken here are by far the most honest, powerful, and enlightening that I have come across on this platform, infinite respect and gratitude!
YOU Norman are my FAVORITE out of all of Marks inner views. YOU can do it Norman!!!!!! One day at a time.
Norman seems insightful, reflective and intelligent. Hopefully this will help him to prevail and overcome his problems.
Norman has a long way to go. Sending my love 💓!
I think this videos lift up so many people. Thank you for this. All the guests
@Arabian Adventure Vlogs meh. Could be better. I post updates on my channel. Will try to post one later today during regular hours.
I just got past the part in the video where he says something about negative comments so I scrolled down and pretty much comment is very nice and encouraging. The only people on this channel I see get bad comments are pimps and thieves lol
Norman from one recovering addict to other stay clean for your sister. No choice but to keep fighting brother.
He is so hard on himself.. quite possibly that's why he started smoking in the first place.. he holds himself at such a higher standard which is much higher than was expected of a human.. maybe Norm forgets that he is merely human and that's it that's all...... Nevertheless I'm still proud of him I hope he finds what works for him and lightens up a little bit on himself and I'm so so sorry for the loss of his sister and such a tragic way 🙏🙏 ♥️
Damn Norm.......give yourself a big hug or take this one 🤗.......,much love to you🙏
You said this beautifully. I agree 100%
@@Sunshine-gh6vy oh thank you baby girl...... I just spoke from the heart is all but I appreciate that 🙏♥️
Norman, you are a brilliant, intense, flawed, humble, courageous light that this world desperately needs. I believe in you.
“My mind has the capability of f***ing me without permission.” I’m taking this!
Sadly so relatable
Duuude i felt that so much! Norman is just one of a kind, all the best of luck and life to him!
Honest man here. I’m praying for his steadfastness to recovery.
I’m very sorry to hear of your sister ((hugs)). It’s ok to mourn, to be sad. Although it’s very important to continue on, to pick yourself up and find the courage & strength to try again. 💙✝️🙏🏻
Don't cry over the past, it is gone
Don't stress about the future, it hasn't arrived
Live in the present and make it beautiful
I'm rooting for you Norman! 🙏 🙂
I scrolled through and there are no negative comments. You are so loved!
Overcoming an addiction is the hardest thing anyone can do. Each time you try to quit you are closer to kicking it for good. Norman, you can do this!!!! Next time call Mark
I'm so sorry for your loss..this is just a speed bump...you got this
So sad and sorry to hear about your sister, it’s okay when we fall as long as you get back up and experience grief and loss is so hard and felt deep, your still worth it! God still loves you
Norman you will make it, relapses are part of the journey. Believe in yourself the way Mark does and most of us, you have amazing qualities and honesty is just one of them 💜
You’re a real good dude Norman...keep the faith brother.
Hope he lands on his feet man, just watched all of normans videos today. Really pulling for him. You got this man.
You can do it. I still believe in you. We all have set backs the thing is that as long as you have breath in your body you have another chance to start over. Keep going no matter what use that wherewithal you taught me about. You still have it, use it. If no one told you I love you , I do and I'm so proud of you for coming forward.
It took courage to come back and admit your relapse Norman!! We still support you and are wishing you the best!
Norman, your authenticity is so refreshing. You've made strides, you've faltered, yet you've never given up. A lesser man would have. Praying 🙏for you, Brother.
Still proud of you and proud of you coming back on here to talk... means alot and its important
