Tall enough to be the designated "top shelf grabber" at work, and apparently at grocery stores by complete strangers. Tall enough that I've been nicknamed "legs" and "a tall drink of water" more than once. You get the picture.

A few months back, this taller lady came through the self-checkout at work. She had really short dark hair and was wearing this really cool black dress with little skulls on it. From what I gathered, she was one of those people that call most everyone she meets things like “honey” and “sweetheart”. I got all sorts of awkward, and she tried to hold a conversation (it was earlier in the morning so we were slow). When she finished her transaction, I meant to say “Have a nice day, ma’am”, but said “Have a nice day, mom”, by accident and instantly froze up. I started to apologize, and my cheeks were burning. She said “No, you’re okay, honey. Thank you. I hope you have a good one, too.” She’s a semi-regular, and every time she comes by, she always laughs to herself a bit whenever she sees me. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but hey, I’ll take it.

I remember a time i met a 6'10" lady while working at a bread store. She was very sad about her grandmother passing away 3 days prior. So I did what any kind empathetic person would do who is 5'6" facing a tall person who is depressed. I've been 6'3" since I was 20 and I remember the one time I met a girl actually taller than me. I had a... similar... experience, lol. I was at Comic con, minding my own business buying some funko POP! figures, and a discounted Devil May Cry 4 (Which I thought was like the best deal ever) When all of a sudden, a cosplayer as Lady Dimitrescu came along.
She had actually used stilts under the dress to get the accurate, actual height, so she was HUGE!!! Naturally I was starstruck, as any fella my age would lmao. But, I saw someone snickering off in the distance just behind her, as she was getting closer. He ran out, carrying a branded Indiana Jones whip, and threw the rope across the stilts, effectively tripping her.
Now, I don't know if you've ever fallen 10 ft, but THAT'S A LONG WAY DOWN (Don't ask how I know lmao). I knew she was gunna get terribly hurt if I didn't step in. So as the older teenage hero I was, I jumped in front of her, and caught her as she was coming down. Well, more like cushioned the fall, since I absolutely folded underneath her lmao.
When I was sure she wasn't hurt, I asked if she was alright. She was just as stunned as I was. I helped her get back on her stilts again, and handed up her hat. I think she could tell I was in absolute awe, but I really don't think she cared too much about it. We spent the day there, and even raided a local Tim Hortons down the street from the event (SInce it's like my tradition lol), And we parted ways. I always kept that story a secret, because I felt nobody would believe me. I always thought it felt too good to be true.
Anyway, glad I could share my story, lol. All I can say for the vid is "GOD PLEASE LET THAT BE ME AT THE REGISTER ONE DAY PLEASEEEEEE lol"

This bit is doubly Ironic when you consider the following: 9S (Clerk) and 2B (First Lady getting checked out) are technically the same height if you Remove her High Heels she's always in. (Both are around 5'4 when 2B is Bootless).
To add onto this, when in line, Bayonetta(2nd to last in line) would actually have to hunch over just as much as Lady D (last lady) would, considering Bayo's Height is around about 7ft-8ft, just a foot to two under Lady D's 9ft Stature. Lol

This reminded me of a time when I worked in a restaurant, I had my position alone, working on something a bit different from the kitchen (technically a bartender), I had the view to the tables, and there was this soft goth girl (I guess) who was with her family, but in a glance I took to the tables, I happened to see her looking at me, we exchanged looks and smiles as a way of saying hello. I got in my own business in my job, but in a time I had to turn my sight to the tables, I happened to look at her again, and she was staring at me, and I (knowing I'm not good for long visual contact, and I'm going to admit it, she was pretty) just couldn't look at her to the eyes and straight got back to work, starting to get nervous. Every now and then I took several glances and she was still looking to me, and every time I saw her I quickly took my sight back to work, and even if ironically I couldn't get her on my sight, I couldn't get her out of my mind all day

I was a cashier for my local supermarket once, and I distinctly remember ringing up items for a really nice but tall lady who just moved to my neighborhood like a month ago. While I was cashing, she held me by my face all of a sudden and ran her finger by the side of my mouth. I was so freaking flustered it took me five minutes to calm down and continue checking out her items, I did not expect her to do that. I had a break before that shift and I was eating a sandwich, the lady said that I had some crumbs still left on my lip and she said that because I didn't have time to clean up properly I probably missed them.
