It's kinda confusing because, that hellicarrier (tf it's spelling idk) was the Theta Protocol Coulson did right after Fury gave him the Director position in the AOS. During that time there were two shield rebuilding after Hydra attacked Shield from the inside. They referenced that a lot on aos but here fury is still the director, somehow??
