Basically 3 types of wooden flooring.
1. Hardwood
This solid timber flooring is made of real wood from top to bottom wood that has been harvested from a variety of trees like oak, and pine.
It is durable and will last for years, if it's well maintained. It can be refurnish several times over its lifetime. While most hardwood comes pre-finished with a top protective layer, it should be kept away from moisture.
2. Engineered wood
Engineered wood flooring is a veneer of real wood glued to several layers of other wood, like plywood.
It is quite durable, which is why it is a good choice for any area of your home. It also holds up better to moisture than hardwood.
3. Laminate wood
Floating wood or laminate wooden floor tiles are composed of a synthetic material or artificial that stimulates the appearance of wood, which is then laminated.this kind of flooring is trending now due to low cost of installation and low maintainance.
While it’s fairly durable, the biggest advantage of laminate wood flooring is that it is very simple to install.
