Most recent fish I cause was a 2 pound bass on a small strawberry neon green tipped senko. I had it on a weightless Texas rig. I caught it in my neighbor hood and the pond has a couple of 5 pounders and an 8 pound carp very impressive for a small pond. The pond also used to have massive flathead catfish but a sewage line backed up into the pond about a year ago killing all the massive fish. When that happened I saw about a dead 7 pound bass floating on the surface. Truly a great pond.
Maybe by day 3 you should have found out it's the hook's fault so maybe change the treble? pretty cool that bass would eat anything! great video! My most recent fish that I caught was a walleye!
Must have missed the part on day two where I said the hooks are faulty so I replaced the front hook but went to multiple stores and couldn’t find any feathered trebles for the back hook so there was nothing I could do..
The last fish I caught was a croaker at the beach using shrimp, On that same trip I caught some spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. I would love to have that lure!!!
First off, love the content. I have watched numerous videos of you with crazy lures over the past few months. It reminded me of muskie conference I went to at the Onalaska, WI Gander Mountain years ago. I ran into 2 old timers that fished the black river in Wisconsin. They told stories of huge Muskie caught on a hand made muskrat lure. They swore by it. We fished the black river for the next year in hopes of catching a river monster. We caught many respectable muskie. But we could never find a muskrat lure. Thought you might be up for a challenge. Regardless of what body of water you try it on, muskrats are prevalent. However, if you get a chance to fish the Black River and need any of our hot spots; id be happy to share.
Hey thanks so much for taking the time to comment all that. I’d love to get my hands on a muskrat lure, I’ll check online and ask around, that would be a fun video. I’ve never fished black river but I’ll look into it. Keep in touch in case I do. I’d have no idea where to fish on it
Genuinely shocked you didn’t get more action on the river with that lure - I feel like even the smaller fish in there would be aggressive enough to bite down on it! Good stuff either way, broski!
Your point is totally valid. Not your fault especially with all those attempts. Although seeing a fish caught with that thing would’ve been awesome. Most recent fish was 9/24/23 - 19in Largemouth at a friend of mine’s pond
So happy I found your channel! More overjoyed seeing you are a brother in the faith. My most recent fish I've caught was an LMB about 1.75lbs on a tokyo rigged berkley gilly.
Great vid as always! My most recent fish was a 9 inch perch I caught on a crankbait. My biggest fish was a 17 inch largemouth that I caught on a nightcrawler 😅
I know tbh I didn’t know the hooks were bad till like day 2, I just thought I was the problem haha. I couldn’t find any feathered trebles anywhere either
My recent fish was a brown trout with an inline spinner, at one of my state parks near me with trout streams there :) Thanks for your videos there great 👍👍
Most recent fish I caught was a 2.5lb largemouth bass on a 2.7 inch finesse swimbait on an 1/8 oz jig head (with the ultralight rod). Not a big bass, but a big fight for the ultra light rod.
most recent fish was a 2 pound smallie on the mississippi in downtown minneapolis. found a spot with the skyline in the background, one of the cooler fishing experiences i’ve had. i know you’re in MN, it would make a great video. love your content, keep it up
I swear I saw that pic on Fishbrain, I was scrolling to see if anyone had posted at any of my spots that could possibly bring attention to them and saw a pick of some kid with a smallie in his hand with the skyline in the background, thought it was so cool to see
Awesome. Love the big rediculous looking lures. My last fish was a 10 inch largenouth on a buzzbait, not the most exciting... Right before that was a 17inch on a topwater popper!
Idk if this counts as a catch but a 2 pound large mouth on a googan blooper with my shimano stellus rod and a kastking crixus armor x bait caster. The fish popped off 10 feet away.
Nothing beats a fail but a try,..good job,im thinking since the water was so clear,a brighter colored lure would work,or if the lure had real squirrel tail hair..still good job bro
Did you trim your mustache, because you are looking hella fine. Tough luck with the hooks, can we get a redemption video in the distant( 4 months) future.
😂😂😂 thanks so much and no just looks better idk. I will for sure get a redemption video next season, not sure if I will be able to before it gets to cold this year, maybe for muskt
I can strongly relate to the competition with the heavy bait in the water. My area has been flooded with bait fish! It makes it tough to get noticed. That is a shame about those hooks, beautiful bait though, I love the feathering. Sorry about the L, I feel that brother!
last fish i caught was somehow a big ole kitty on a 7” glide bait lmao i like the owner st36/35 trebles and the gamakatsu either round bend or g finesse if you can get away with the lighter hook, just if you wanted a few suggestions to try. love the videos man
love the videos watched for a while my most recent fish was my pb smallmouth bass roughly 3 pounds and my biggest was a 32 inch pike i’ve only caught 2 pike in my life
@FOTBfishing my dad got it for me as a birthday present when I was 14. Absolutely love it, it wasent so expensive back then and it was the display model so it was 50% off.
@@NASPELTZnice the first kayak I bought I got it in the middle of the lake then needed up having to swim back cos the guy wasn’t smart and scraped tiny holes in the bottom you couldn’t see lol so it sunk lol
Most recent fish I got was a 21 inch catfish In a lake and I use a 2 pund fake worm and a snapping turtle but it broke my pole and I got a 9 pound bass
Is there any way we can have a conversation somehow I need some help with my channel and stuff man like I have so many questions but can’t get any of my favorite fish RUclipsrs to answer your literally the first one that’s even responded to my comments which is honestly disappointing lol especially when I’m so faithful to you guys lol enough to start my own channel but I can’t seem to figure out how to put music in the video and a million other things will you please help me :(
@FOTBfishing absolutely man, send me a dm on insta and we can talk more. You need an editing software to add music. Download some royalty free songs and then put them under the Audio source of your video. Don’t get discouraged. Lots of bug RUclipsrs get so many comments it’s hard for them to see everyone’s

Such a shame the big ones died off. I’ve never heard of flatheads being in ponds. That is super cool. Tight lines Xtech

the pink crocs are fire🔥
Yesssss
Keep it up, lesson learned, always have extra treble hooks and split rings on hand. Keep on pumping out the entertaining content.
I’m so happy I found your channel! Great content
This means so much thanks

Buzz bait for the win
Really cool lure, I was really hoping to see you land a huge fish!
Genuinely shocked you didn’t get more action on the river with that lure - I feel like even the smaller fish in there would be aggressive enough to bite down on it! Good stuff either way, broski!
River is super low man
My most recent fish was a 1.5 pounder on a minnow jerkbait out of my grandparents pond
That’s awesome
Hey man I really love your videos, I get it though it’s just some bad luck hopefully the new hooks help
I’m hoping the new hooks work better also and thanks for the positive comment. Means the world

@@NASPELTZ a few videos back you had viewers comment their favorite Bible verses and you shared yours. That was dope.

That’s amazing what a nice perch
Last fish I caught was a chain pickerel, on a white top water fluke, hella fun fishing for those in swampy areas here in jersey

Last fish I caught was a three pound large mouth bass. I give you an A for effort alone . I would have changed hooks after the first day of fishing.

Idk if this counts as a catch but a 2 pound large mouth on a googan blooper with my shimano stellus rod and a kastking crixus armor x bait caster. The fish popped off 10 feet away.
That’s still fun
Man, I know that frustration all too well. Only difference is I feel it using normal tackle and it is definitely my fault. Not faulty hooks😂
😂😂😂 I gotta find something to blame it on, my new favorite is blaming it on dudes using livescope (I’m also using livescope I just suck)
