Wow this just reminded me of my time tried to tiering in LLSIF when i was like 14 yo (on 2015), being completely F2P, didnt have optimized strategy and just going hail mary with what cards i got, constantly playing between classes, playing secretly in the middle of the night from my parents even though i have school the next day, burning all my love gems, and it only got me to Top 1000 (I finished at 600+ rank iirc, lost the screenshot sadly😭). 52:46 , if you really wanna stretch it a bit: there are 6 units in the game counting the Virtual Singers. If you count the Virtual singers as unit 1, then unit 4 would be VBS, and unit 5 would be WxS, the units of your fav characters. So if you wanna stretch it a bit, the 45 could be the unit numbers of your favorite characters, and then the rest is their bdays. Sorry I just thought about this for way too long lol
I remember tiering for the Happy Lovely Everyday event, got into the top 2000, felt proud for a while and then it hit me that I spent an unhealthy amount of time just trying to get the title. I felt nothing. I couldn't even feel happy about it because of how numb and burnt out I was. I think I have so many good memories from tiering, even though I cannot really suggest doing this. You meet so many people with the same goal as you, make friends and room with them for hours on end, and at the end you get to see them on the leader board sometimes and say: "That's oomf! They made tier!!" But I laughed because of the LLSIF tiering mention, I used to tier there too RIP... If anything, LLSIF prepared me for one thing. Playing Envy on repeat for days on end. Y'all GOTTA remember those token events RIGHT?
this is so real... having all of the banner characters helps so much. i recently tiered in pandemonium and managed to get t1k... but i was so close to getting t500 😢😢 i didn't get shizuku and i had to spark for rui... so there was that 💗💗 IT WAS SO COMPETITIVE... i remember trying to get into t1k and every time i went offline i'd drop a hundred ranks 😭 never tiering again! "casual player" hell no i T40'd stellar, 40million points baby. 11 hour startdash, over 120+ hours of screentime on pjsekai... yeah it was wild :") thank you for the throwback to tiering lmao
As someone who got t93 for this event, tiering in a cheerful carnival for the first time, it was HELL. I wanted t100 and as soon as i got on the leaderboard i realised that going further was impossible for me. I slept for like 5 hours a day, played for 10+ hours straight, not going outside… I know this event wasnt as hard as HERMIT (cus niigo fans are actually crazy) but for me getting t100 was already an accomplishment 😭
I have a question, is reaching top 3k is hard? I wanna get to at least T3000 in the Your Song event since its my favorite but im kinda scared to go for it lol
i got t52 samsa event as a f2p. my goal had been t100 initially, and i then switched it to t50 - which would have easily been possible if I hadn't made two big mistakes. If there's any advice I can give for tiering, it's one thing - do NOT underestimate start and end dash. I was playing at the beginning of the event but I wasn't actively using a lot of energy - I was on 5x rather than 7x, or maybe even 10x like I should have been. This made it so that I had to play a lot of catch-up throughout the entirety of the event. And even with that I didn't keep t50. The reason being because, hours before the event's end, I had fallen under t50 once again, and the people above me were actively earning points at a pace I could not overcome, even on 10x envy. you should absolutely try and balance out your energy usage so you're not broke by the end of event, but don't overdo it. especially if you're like me and had 170k crystals to spare. 😶
Jeez I remember how hard this event was with this 89 curse, BUT DESPITE EVERY STRUGGLE YOU DID IT AND *WE ARE VERY PROUD OF YOUUU!!!!* I've actually heard that for cheerful carnivals events, there is a tactic of choosing the team that is predicted to lose to speed up match-making. It was used by T1 our escape for survival (as they stated), but even with it, I don't think it would have been easier in cgo 😭😭 Oh, by the waaay, are you planning to tier so seriously in the future? I'm just curious hehe. Anyways THANKS FOR THE GREAT DOCUMENTARY VIDEO!!! 1 hour is crazy, we are eating good todayy :D
glad to finally see this video! i know that it's been a year in the making. cgo's anniversary also has me feeling nostalgic myself. i'd been playing the game for barely 3 days at that point when i decided to tier on a whim. i knew i was crazy when a typhoon, losing internet during start dash, and the magical disband glitch could all do nothing to curb my enthusiasm for the funny tap tap vocaloid game. this clusterfuck of an event (i say this with deep affection) was the best introduction to pjsk i could've asked for, because it created just the right conditions for hilarity amongst the exhausted tierers and fillers. i was even able to play a few rounds with joltie after joining her manager randomly in a discord channel. tiering cgo felt like the pjsk EN's community, something i'd once only watched from afar, materializing in front of my very eyes and welcoming me into it with open arms. i've tiered and filled a few more times since but i guess baby's first event will always be special. congrats on your t50, joltie! love from someone who made it to t30 ♡
I ended top 9 on one event in D4DJ last year and even though competition there is a fraction of prosekai's, it took me a couple of sleepless nights and numerous mindless plays of Cat's Eye and Love and Devil (the two "meta" songs there). The autoplay being unlimited helped a bit, literally a bit. Seeing how vastly popular prosekai is, however, I accepted that doing the same thing here as I did there will not be as rewarding, nor as worth making my health worse.
I was quite relieved to see the tier rankings don't go up wayyyyy too crazy on EN, unlike JP. But i can't imagine the stress everyone had to go through when tiering alone T_T
tiering was HELL 😭😭 i decided to tier in light up the fire on ensekai and i played for the WHOLE day with no sleep but i ended up falling asleep which made me drop two thousand places and i went from top 1000 to 3000-4000
the highest ive ever done was t40 anbride and it was very hard pushing through all those hours of the cc experience… can’t wait for vbs lim event spam next year….. the point cutoffs for cgo were really high because the event was super competitive, which makes ur achievement all the more impressive!! congrats!! 💕
Binge watching you because I pulled on the new banners and ended up getting both the limited AkiToya cards back to back when I wanted Kohane (I got them both in 10k crystals and now I'm sobbing, Kohane-less)
I just want to say, looking at the huge amount of event points the T1-10 people had compared to my own placement during every single event (considering I'm not really that much of a seasoned player) led me to make the wisest choice of my life: only tier for events and/or sets that absolutely changed your life, and *never* tier for anything above 10k. That's how I ended up at 10k for a total of three events so far, which fills up the three slots in my profile, so I'd say enough is enough: Inmiscible Discord, The Phoenix in the Distant Sky and Light Up The Fire. Even playing as much as I did during that time, which comparatively wasn't much, ended up with my family very concerned about my health and sometimes even threatening to take my phone away so I could do other things. Which I get, because I must've not looked okay during that time and I had college classes to attend, not to mention that Inmiscible Discord and The Phoenix In The Distant Sky directly follow one another and Light Up The Fire wasn't that far away from them either. So I had little to no time to recover from tiering, and it wasn't even any *serious* type of tiering. So I can only imagine how hard it was for you, Jo. All this to say, I'm taking your advice to heart and not tiering, just conforming myself with pretty aesthetic memorial titles and attempting to get cards from my fav sets :]
i once placed 51 in an event. fifty. one. at the last two hours before i went to bed. i went back two places. end of my career. stopped playing for almost a year.
i don't play pjsekai but i ended up watching the whole video because ur voice is so nice to listen to and the spongebob clips LMAO tiering seems like a terrible experience 😭good luck to those who do this regularly
itzjolted that scene in icarly has stayed in my mind ever since i watched it like 10 years ago im glad im not the only person who remembers this. it kept me reassurance when i nearly fell asleep in classes in exams and i always pout my water in the fridge until the last moment
I’ve only ever tieried in two events, and i got t200 for one of them but i was on the t100 leaderboard for most of the event, and for the other one i got t500 :D these were both MMJ events btw! Also cg on t50 jo! :3
1:01:40 Ah yes... The typical Asian mom response But honestly, I can relate somewhat cause it took me hell to achieve T5k during the "Beyond the dream of that day" event. I woke up late at night to tier at most times and thankfully achieved my goal. But I'm taking a LONG break from tiering probably until Haruka4 next year on EN 🤧 Congratulations tho! ✨
I constantly were hearing "tiering" and "tearing" at the same time, which by seeing your experience, seems accurate I couldn't differentiate the words. However it's admirable what you did
i tried to participate in this event too, i'm a little shy to ask for help so i did it solo, got t500 and even that was a nightmare (gave up trying to go higher at day 3) i remember all the bugs, lags and server maintenance it was a MESS and it also gave me burn out feeling, after tiering i didn't play the game for almost two months, it felt like event is going and going and will never EVER ends god lord idk how people survive at the very top yall amazing!! the stress is unbearable CONGRATS AT T50!! (once i also played against you Jo even tho we were in one team garbage hehe that was cool)
Good luck! I was planning to tier on that event but I decided to just pull for the an and Kohane since I’m tiering tier on relax teatime(t500/1000)and Mafuyu chapter(t100) instead since color fes Kanade is coming.
its harder when solo tier lmao ;w; but i agree, tiering is rlly hard especially in cheerful since its random songs + you have to wait for a bunch of seconds to go against a team😓😓 (never in my life will i tier in cheerful again, i aimed for t1k on that event)

But I laughed because of the LLSIF tiering mention, I used to tier there too RIP...
(is considering tiering for rui4)... anyway the parking portion in this video was really helpful.... looking forward to the video about never give up cooking 😁😁😁
1 hour of Jo video? WE'RE ALL BLESSED GUYS!!
I slept for like 5 hours a day, played for 10+ hours straight, not going outside…
I know this event wasnt as hard as HERMIT (cus niigo fans are actually crazy) but for me getting t100 was already an accomplishment 😭
I don’t know a thing about this game nor the characters but I always am enthralled by what is accomplished
as a person who got to top 100 in an event, IT IS HARD. ☹️ (I gotten worse at the game after I finally ranked 😔😔)
Jeez I remember how hard this event was with this 89 curse, BUT DESPITE EVERY STRUGGLE YOU DID IT AND *WE ARE VERY PROUD OF YOUUU!!!!*
I've actually heard that for cheerful carnivals events, there is a tactic of choosing the team that is predicted to lose to speed up match-making. It was used by T1 our escape for survival (as they stated), but even with it, I don't think it would have been easier in cgo 😭😭
Oh, by the waaay, are you planning to tier so seriously in the future? I'm just curious hehe.
Anyways THANKS FOR THE GREAT DOCUMENTARY VIDEO!!! 1 hour is crazy, we are eating good todayy :D
Video request if you take!!
1. If you see toya you roll
2. If you hit A like the c b thing in co-op if too easy, if you hit S
you roll
please explain the second one i had a stroke
@@mimikyuo your score after a show. Its c, b and a, s.
@@Ruru_yuriangel OHHHHH
after watching your video I’ve never wanted to tier this much in my life
glad to finally see this video! i know that it's been a year in the making. cgo's anniversary also has me feeling nostalgic myself. i'd been playing the game for barely 3 days at that point when i decided to tier on a whim. i knew i was crazy when a typhoon, losing internet during start dash, and the magical disband glitch could all do nothing to curb my enthusiasm for the funny tap tap vocaloid game. this clusterfuck of an event (i say this with deep affection) was the best introduction to pjsk i could've asked for, because it created just the right conditions for hilarity amongst the exhausted tierers and fillers. i was even able to play a few rounds with joltie after joining her manager randomly in a discord channel. tiering cgo felt like the pjsk EN's community, something i'd once only watched from afar, materializing in front of my very eyes and welcoming me into it with open arms. i've tiered and filled a few more times since but i guess baby's first event will always be special.
congrats on your t50, joltie! love from someone who made it to t30 ♡
this is my favorite youtube videos ive ever watched. ive been watching yt for 9 years.
At least she made her goal in the end!!

I TIERED FOR THAT UMI TOO!! And the matching Nozomi eventually, I miss llsif so bad ❤😭
Thanks Jolted for telling what not to do when i attemp tiering for Shizuku 4th event❤️
im tiering for shizu4 too!! gl !! :3
I was quite relieved to see the tier rankings don't go up wayyyyy too crazy on EN, unlike JP. But i can't imagine the stress everyone had to go through when tiering alone T_T
If Jol wasn't constantly reminding me it's a PJS event, I would've forgotten this video was about a PJS event and NOT an entire world champion race✋😭
THANK YOU FOR FEEDING US🥰🔥🔥🔥
i am tiering for the en sekai event (the cafe one) and i lost tiering days cause my friend came over, but friends over pjsk
How is it going? :D
I got top 400 on “Saying goodbye to my mask self” (Farewell, My mask), and it was HELL.
same here i also got top 400 😭 it was so hard to tier that high
@@daintyozma123 FRRRRR
I got t200 and it was absolute hell
This was a very good video and super informative!
I NEEDED THIS, THANK YOU JOLTED ❤️
tiering was HELL 😭😭 i decided to tier in light up the fire on ensekai and i played for the WHOLE day with no sleep but i ended up falling asleep which made me drop two thousand places and i went from top 1000 to 3000-4000
THE QUEEN POSTED😍😍😍😍
14:19 love that your ring light is making your eye look like robots or sum:D
also I keep laughing at the 21:00 because of the MASSIVE PICKLE 😭😭😭
STOPPP I THOUGHT SHE LOOKED LIKE SANS UNDERTALE WITH THE RING LIGHT 😭😭
IKKKK THE RING LIGHT IS SO PRETTY
This was a fantastic video, Jo! I enjoyed every second of it, which is incredible for a 1-hour RUclips video. Great job.
Amazing work, Queen! and congrats once again on t47 on this insane event
the highest ive ever done was t40 anbride and it was very hard pushing through all those hours of the cc experience… can’t wait for vbs lim event spam next year…..
the point cutoffs for cgo were really high because the event was super competitive, which makes ur achievement all the more impressive!! congrats!! 💕
Binge watching you because I pulled on the new banners and ended up getting both the limited AkiToya cards back to back when I wanted Kohane (I got them both in 10k crystals and now I'm sobbing, Kohane-less)
An hour long?! Thank you, queen❤
All this to say, I'm taking your advice to heart and not tiering, just conforming myself with pretty aesthetic memorial titles and attempting to get cards from my fav sets :]
i once placed 51 in an event. fifty. one. at the last two hours before i went to bed. i went back two places. end of my career. stopped playing for almost a year.
i don't play pjsekai but i ended up watching the whole video because ur voice is so nice to listen to and the spongebob clips LMAO
tiering seems like a terrible experience 😭good luck to those who do this regularly
itzjolted that scene in icarly has stayed in my mind ever since i watched it like 10 years ago im glad im not the only person who remembers this. it kept me reassurance when i nearly fell asleep in classes in exams and i always pout my water in the fridge until the last moment
I’ve only ever tieried in two events, and i got t200 for one of them but i was on the t100 leaderboard for most of the event, and for the other one i got t500 :D these were both MMJ events btw! Also cg on t50 jo! :3
I hope your doing better!!
I hope your doing ok, get rest, eat , and do something else and wait a bit before getting back in
just get better
1:01:40 Ah yes... The typical Asian mom response
But honestly, I can relate somewhat cause it took me hell to achieve T5k during the "Beyond the dream of that day" event. I woke up late at night to tier at most times and thankfully achieved my goal. But I'm taking a LONG break from tiering probably until Haruka4 next year on EN 🤧
Congratulations tho! ✨
I WAS JUST WATCHING YOU LIVE, I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN I HEARD A NEW VIDEO WAS COMING OUT!!!!!
thanks for the bg sound for end rush of stick to your faith
update: i got t500!!! i ended up reaching 499. originally i aimed for t1k
I constantly were hearing "tiering" and "tearing" at the same time, which by seeing your experience, seems accurate I couldn't differentiate the words. However it's admirable what you did
It was... so tensely, itzjolted. GOOD JOB, CONGRATULATIONS!!! I'm really glad for you✨
i cant even imagine what the people on podium were going through...congrats on your place though!
OUR QUEEN
i tried to participate in this event too, i'm a little shy to ask for help so i did it solo, got t500 and even that was a nightmare (gave up trying to go higher at day 3)
i remember all the bugs, lags and server maintenance it was a MESS and it also gave me burn out feeling, after tiering i didn't play the game for almost two months, it felt like event is going and going and will never EVER ends god lord
idk how people survive at the very top yall amazing!! the stress is unbearable
CONGRATS AT T50!!
(once i also played against you Jo even tho we were in one team garbage hehe that was cool)
the only 1h+ video i would watch without skipping
I'VE BEEN AWOKEN, IVE BEEN WAITING TY JO 🙇♀️🙇♀️🙇♀️🙇♀️
the thumbnail eyebags r so real i never wanna try topping in an event at ALL too much hardwork and dedication
this video was so nice bc im currently tiering in the actual event and as a t100 player IS REALLY A BATTLE ROYAL AND THE T100 PLAYERS ARE CRAZYYYY
Can i just say the ring light reflection is SOOOOOO PRETTTYYYYY
This is a great video to watch before tiering top 1000 in the On your feet event. Looking forward to it.
sometimes i find it hard to stay tuned during a video of 10 mins, this kept me engaged through the whole duration of a video
this feels like your shounen tournament arc
WOOOOW i wqs not expecting this
i have a full year to prepare myself mentally to tier on whip the wimp girl 😭😭
Good luck! I was planning to tier on that event but I decided to just pull for the an and Kohane since I’m tiering tier on relax teatime(t500/1000)and Mafuyu chapter(t100) instead since color fes Kanade is coming.
YESSSS YOU FINALLY POSTED 😩😩😩👏🏼
its harder when solo tier lmao ;w; but i agree, tiering is rlly hard especially in cheerful since its random songs + you have to wait for a bunch of seconds to go against a team😓😓 (never in my life will i tier in cheerful again, i aimed for t1k on that event)
FINALLY YOU POSTED ILYYY
OUR GODDESS HAS POSTED
i don’t even play project sekai and i watched this fully and was fully immersed LOL congrats on your achievement, i cant imagine what top 10 has to go through if top 50 is this grueling
YA NEW VIDEO! happy to wake up to this!
