Everyone hates Will Schuester, you're not alone in that lmao, he was genuinely just creepy. Like, I pity him a little because he had a lot of baggage picked up from his emotionally abusive relationship with Terri, but that doesn't excuse how outright creepy it was that his only friends were all teenagers - he literally had two grown up friends in Emma and Beiste, and occasionally Sue but it was just weird.
There weren't a lot of adult characters in Glee, but all of them became friends of Will. Sue, who always criticizes him from befriending, is the one who has no friends at all. Except Becky Jackson, who is also a highschooler
Emma should have found someone who respected that she did not want to have sex. It felt like will and the dentist were both treating her harshly for not wanting to.

Out of all the Glee couples, I think Rachel and Jesse actually made the most sense. They had the same interests, goals and dreams and understood each other in a way I think no other two characters did. Even after S3 I felt like their story wasn't over yet, since there were still too many unresolved feelings and what-ifs. I always thought they'd make an amazing power couple (Broadway's Beyoncé and Jay-Z - thanks Mercedes) and all they needed was the right time and place. And while the reason they ended up together is incredibly heartbreaking, I'm so happy they did. Finn and Rachel were cute (albeit flawed) high school sweethearts, no one will ever take that away from them, but realistically it never would've worked out. And that's okay! Most high school relationships don't last, and Glee had way too many that did anyway.
rachel and jesse clearly had feelings for each other but i just do NOT like jesse at all. finn and rachel were so so cute and it broke my heart too see them break up.

Burt is the best iconic character in Glee. When he's first seen we thought he was gonna be the classic butch homophobic bully dad we hope Kurt one day escapes, then we saw he was actually the best damn guy. He realistically accepted his son, he has the best speeches and lessons, he complained to the school when Kurt wanted to sing DG, he nearly beat up a bully, he ran for congress to help the arts, supported Santana, he danced to single ladies, he wasn't horrible to Blaine despite him cheating, beat cancer and officiated Klaine's and Brittana's marriages. Long speech short: Burt and Carol. Two beautiful people, no couples drama, didn't let love slip away, suffered loss, best couple.
I always loved Jesse and Rachel together and felt like they had lots of chemistry probably helps Johnathan and Lea are friends in real life and worked together before on Spring awakening. Also I’m totally obsessed with Johnathan Groff and keep watching random videos of him and lin manuel miranda and lots of random Hamilton videos. If you haven’t watched the video of the Hamilton cast doing Sweeney Todd you really need to check it out something I didn’t know I needed but totally glad it exists 😜
TÝNA and the fact that he motivated rachel to go back to broadway and live out her dream and even before season six he always gave her confidence in performing the one thing she's always loved

Here’s my thing with Finn and Rachel. I think that they had the potential to be a great couple, but they were on and off so much that you couldn’t really settle if you know what I mean. Hannah Riley They were so good together around season 3 or whenever it was when they were together for a lot of the season. At the beginning it was messy and he didn’t seem that interested, but I thought they really worked in season 3

I'll be honest, even though Lea and Cory were a great couple in real life....I really didn't like Rachel and Finn together. A lot of the times they were just toxic, and I'm not really a fan of the 'on and off' ships. I just couldn't care about them.
one thing i will always be mad about is that EVERY character got a coming out moment were they said 'I'm Gay' or 'I'm transgender' but Brittney. as someone who is bisexual that is really upsetting and to me that was just an example of bi erasure (when people deny that bi people exist)
I remember loving Quinn, Santana, Brittany, Mercedes, Kurt, Blaine, Sam, Tina and Mike. I was never really interested in Mr Shue or Finn (not a dig at Matthew Morrison or Cory Monteith). Rachel really grew on me I wasn’t really interested at first but she grew on me. I have this problem where I struggle to like main characters in tv shows and books. Probably because we spend so much time with them, I don’t know. My favourite ships were Kurt and Blaine and Brittany and Santana.
For me it’s like I always have a thing for the gay or lesbian couples cause usually they are the most healthiest but I’ve always had something for mean girls in shows or movies. I loved Santana people might hate me for saying this but genuinely Regina George was the best iconic mean girl(second place Blair from Gossip girl) and then Penelope from legacies. Ok, this are the couples I have thoughts on: _Brittany and Santana_ : The best couple of the show. _Mercedes and Sam_ : I think I'm probably one of the few that really likes this couple. They were one of my favorites and even though I understand why, I was so sad when they broke up. _Blaine and Kurt_ : They were lovely during the second season. I still get goosebumps when I watch their first encounter. In the third season, they were ok but after that they just became annoying. It may be also because I really didn't care for Blaine on his own. But yeah, I'm still mad that a large part of season 6 was devoted to them. _Finn and Rachel_ : I actually don't have that much to say about them. They were just cute. _Quinn and Finn/Puck/Sam_ : I'll be honest I've never really seen Quinn with none of them... maybe Puck but I always thought they would eventually break up. _Artie and Kitty_ : I remember really liking them. I don't know what it was I just think they worked. _Tina and Mike_ : From what we saw they were probably the healthiest couple of the show but they had so little development. _Artie and Tina_ : I don't know they were sweet together. _Rachel and Jesse_ : I mean yes I get them but I hated how they storyline got to a conclusion (I have to say that by season 6 I loved the new characters and I was over with the old one). And now for the category "It almost happened but unfortunately it didn't": _Kurt and Sam_ : I just recently found out that Sam was supposed to be Kurt's love interest and I thought they would have made a really interesting couple. By the way, it would be really fun to watch your reaction to the last episode. I'm so curious to know what you would think about it.

first, you need to watch the last episode, it's amazing! secondly, Rachel and Brody were together before Finn died, he sent her off to New York and then she met Brody. A while after Finn died, Rachel got with Sam, I think during the Brittana/Klaine wedding, possibly just before but I remember Carol giving her the nod to dance with Sam at the wedding

Unpopular opinion but I really liked Jake and Marley’s relationship. I thought they were an interesting couple, and you could see he was trying to get better for her. He did cheat on her, which is awful of course, and why maybe the fact that they didn’t end up together was for the best. I still think their dynamic was great and I wished people would talk about them more.

Sam is my all time favorite character. He is so sweet and supportive and patient. Artie+Becca (Bertie) - They're okay, kinda cute together. Wished it lasted longer 😐 1. Quinn+Sam (Fabrevans) - They're so dreamy I can't even understand why this duo was shortlived. 2. Quinn+Puck (Quick) - I'm happy they found their way back into each others arms like a soulmates vibe goin, but I kind of wished there were enough episodes to show the depth of their relationship especially with their Baby Beth. 3. Kurt+Karofsky (Kurtofsky) - OK maybe not romantically but I wish there were more scenes that covered their friendship especially after the suicide incident. 4. In my opinion they sacrificed the relationship between Rachel and Finn for “comedic” purposes... they mentioned several times that he didn’t listen to her when she was talking, cooked her meat because he forgot she doesn’t eat meat..., completely different goals(none at all for him)...there was just something missing while Jesse and Rachel have so much in common, their dreams...
right! finn and rachel wanted different things from life and had completely different mindsets. you can argue that she shouldn't have ended up with jesse because he was a dick for her (which to be honest was also so similiar to rachel bc she's done horrible things too before she's learned she shouldn't act like that, like sending a girl to a freaking crack house for having a good singing voice wtf), but so was finn. jesse at least never once told her that she was annoying for being ambitious and centered on her goals, he wanted her to be good at what she liked and shared her interests while finn, even if he loved her more than jesse, sometimes didn't bother at all to understand or get to know her idk that was really off for me

finn was always a step behind rachel and would have always been a step behind her because her career would have been too much for a guy that likes to settle down. jesse and rachel understood each other so well and had the same ambition and made sense they were the optional endgame considering the circumstances.

I always loved Jesse and Rachel together and felt like they had lots of chemistry probably helps Johnathan and Lea are friends in real life and worked together before on Spring awakening. Also I’m totally obsessed with Johnathan Groff and keep watching random videos of him and lin manuel miranda and lots of random Hamilton videos. If you haven’t watched the video of the Hamilton cast doing Sweeney Todd you really need to check it out something I didn’t know I needed but totally glad it exists 😜

Here’s my thing with Finn and Rachel. I think that they had the potential to be a great couple, but they were on and off so much that you couldn’t really settle if you know what I mean. Hannah Riley They were so good together around season 3 or whenever it was when they were together for a lot of the season. At the beginning it was messy and he didn’t seem that interested, but I thought they really worked in season 3

I remember loving Quinn, Santana, Brittany, Mercedes, Kurt, Blaine, Sam, Tina and Mike. I was never really interested in Mr Shue or Finn (not a dig at Matthew Morrison or Cory Monteith). Rachel really grew on me I wasn’t really interested at first but she grew on me. I have this problem where I struggle to like main characters in tv shows and books. Probably because we spend so much time with them, I don’t know. My favourite ships were Kurt and Blaine and Brittany and Santana.
For me it’s like I always have a thing for the gay or lesbian couples cause usually they are the most healthiest but I’ve always had something for mean girls in shows or movies. I loved Santana people might hate me for saying this but genuinely Regina George was the best iconic mean girl(second place Blair from Gossip girl) and then Penelope from legacies. I miss Penelope 😭but if you haven’t watched vampire diaries, originals, or legacies you need to they are iconicccc. If you do go from this order:

Ok, this are the couples I have thoughts on:
_Brittany and Santana_ : The best couple of the show.
_Mercedes and Sam_ : I think I'm probably one of the few that really likes this couple. They were one of my favorites and even though I understand why, I was so sad when they broke up.
_Blaine and Kurt_ : They were lovely during the second season. I still get goosebumps when I watch their first encounter. In the third season, they were ok but after that they just became annoying. It may be also because I really didn't care for Blaine on his own. But yeah, I'm still mad that a large part of season 6 was devoted to them.
_Finn and Rachel_ : I actually don't have that much to say about them. They were just cute.
_Quinn and Finn/Puck/Sam_ : I'll be honest I've never really seen Quinn with none of them... maybe Puck but I always thought they would eventually break up.
_Artie and Kitty_ : I remember really liking them. I don't know what it was I just think they worked.
_Tina and Mike_ : From what we saw they were probably the healthiest couple of the show but they had so little development.
_Artie and Tina_ : I don't know they were sweet together.
_Rachel and Jesse_ : I mean yes I get them but I hated how they storyline got to a conclusion (I have to say that by season 6 I loved the new characters and I was over with the old one).

_Kurt and Sam_ : I just recently found out that Sam was supposed to be Kurt's love interest and I thought they would have made a really interesting couple.

Unpopular opinion but I really liked Jake and Marley’s relationship. I thought they were an interesting couple, and you could see he was trying to get better for her. He did cheat on her, which is awful of course, and why maybe the fact that they didn’t end up together was for the best. I still think their dynamic was great and I wished people would talk about them more.

In my opinion they sacrificed the relationship between Rachel and Finn for “comedic” purposes... they mentioned several times that he didn’t listen to her when she was talking, cooked her meat because he forgot she doesn’t eat meat..., completely different goals(none at all for him)...there was just something missing while Jesse and Rachel have so much in common, their dreams...
right! finn and rachel wanted different things from life and had completely different mindsets. you can argue that she shouldn't have ended up with jesse because he was a dick for her (which to be honest was also so similiar to rachel bc she's done horrible things too before she's learned she shouldn't act like that, like sending a girl to a freaking crack house for having a good singing voice wtf), but so was finn. jesse at least never once told her that she was annoying for being ambitious and centered on her goals, he wanted her to be good at what she liked and shared her interests while finn, even if he loved her more than jesse, sometimes didn't bother at all to understand or get to know her idk that was really off for me

finn was always a step behind rachel and would have always been a step behind her because her career would have been too much for a guy that likes to settle down. jesse and rachel understood each other so well and had the same ambition and made sense they were the optional endgame considering the circumstances.
