@LancerDude1999 i checked with mojang and what and they say on a flat world it shouldnt do any harm because your not generating like ancient citys and new terrain and stuff like that

You find the “base” item in the nature section of the inventory, it looks like 2d clay and you put that in a stonecutter. Hope that makes sense 😀
The new minecraft updates literally broke most minecraft addons including this one. Shaders is another broken thing due to renderdragon.

For fences, you can only get it from commands, here is the commands:
