This guy reminds me of Chai and Peppermint combined from HiFi Rush. Im gonna try ZZZ solely because of Billy
i don't see peppermint in him. chai is very much visible though. i can see that.
I’ve been playing the Beta. The style has a bit more western comic style. A lot of story content is colored web comic with a lot of movement and slicing/sliding and even reads left to right.
You’ll have to check some of the beta videos to see what I mean. It’s a really neat story telling style. I’d love comic books if it was much more popular to have that animated comic style.
the gameplay:
- batle are similar to Honkai Impact 3rd but more fluid animation and more fast paced,
- open world similar to genshin, but only one town and no jump, just simple interaction between NPCs,
- between or before battle there are some puzzle and rogue like aspect.

As for ZZZ, its a setting with all kind of demi-humans and robots, like Billy, who's a Android and a fan of a tv show.
Zenless Zone Zero is a Roguelike game, where u go through areas called Hollows via tv screens and sometimes u have to fight wich is where the characters come in.
I suggest u watch some of the beta footage to get a better look at it, the story is interesting as well and i love how they introduce the 2 MC's and the rest of the factions.
And i would love to see u actually play Star Rail, i think u'll like the gameplay and feel of the game :)
All they've had are 2 betas and a handful of trailers. I wish I got in the current ongoing beta.
ZZZ is faster paced than Genshin, like a Bayonetta/DMC or a Nier Automata. It's also mission based like Monster Hunter.

Planet 1 ending is worth it alone. Simply superb sequence.
The beta already has some really neat cutscenes too
