I'm not sure how to deal with the high cost of living in Saint Lucia. Maybe owning 200k USD's worth of real estate there takes care of that problem... if it's lucrative. I have no idea how much income you can generate using that real estate.

Starting a CBI program is not straightforward, aside from the legal and procedural complexities, there is also an important political component.
