Voiliers traditionnels aux Fêtes maritimes internationales Brest 2016

Cette vidéo, faite de prises que j'ai filmées en 2016, est dédiée à tous les amis et amoureux de voile traditionnelle qui, comme moi, attendaient avec impatience les Fêtes maritimes internationales Brest 2020. La pandémie qui frappe nos pays en cause tant de peines personnelles et de dégâts économiques, a provoqué l'annulation de l'édition 2020. En ces temps difficiles nos pensées vont aux victimes de la covid-19, à leurs familles et à ceux qui sont engagés dans la lutte sanitaire et qui aident les victimes. Nous vaincrons ! Et il y aura alors d'autres fêtes maritimes à Brest et Douarnenez.

This video, made from footage I shot in 2016, is dedicated to all French friends and lovers of traditional sail who had been looking forward, as I was so much, to another Brest gathering in 2020. The Corona virus crisis, which strongly strikes our countries, causing personal harm and economical damage, has caused the cancellation of this year's festival. In these difficult times, our thoughts go out to the people who are hit by and suffer from covid-19, to their families and to those who are engaged in the fight against the pandemic and who are in helping the people. We shall overcome! Then, we shall have maritime festivals at Brest and Douarnenez again.

Ich widme diesen Film mit Aufnahmen von 2016 allen französischen Freunden und Schiffsliebhabern, die sich mit mir gemeinsam auf ein weiteres Segelfestival in Brest gefreut haben. Die Corona-Krise, die unsere Länder so hart trifft, persönliches Leid verursacht und wirtschaftlichen Schaden anrichtet, verhindert ein Treffen in diesem Jahr 2020. In dieser Zeit sind unsere Gedanken bei allen Betroffenen von Covid-19, ihren Familien sowie bei denen, die diese Pandemie aktiv bekämpfen und den Menschen helfen. Wir werden das überstehen! Und dann feiern wir wieder maritime Feste in Brest und Douarnenez.
