It is a perfect interview. Acemoğlu is the best in his sub-field. But what I like more about Acemoğlu is that he is very dynamic researcher. He updates himself immediately when the world is changing crazily.

Acemoglu is one of my favorite writers in order to understand economic concepts. Like his previous books, his last book is strongly recommended.

I'm currently reading his "Why Nations Fail," and I find it very comprehensive for enhancing and deepening your knowledge in political economy. Could you share the name of his last book?

Rapid, thoughtless "move fast and break things" automation can also have unforeseen and sometimes unintended societal impacts, trading short-term shareholder gain for mid-term social and ecological disfunction and collapse. For example, generative LLMs is putting disinformation on steroids.
