I do have a question about creating content for certain businesses like a franchise or an electronic devices company in which they're targeting several ages from different countries, how can I create content for all ages?? also about the caption, how can I decide which tone of voice i should be using in this scenario?
hey lovely great question it's tricky. If you have different target audiences I would probably create different accounts. Different ages is still possible as long as you know what their pain points and desires are. Does that make sense? did you watch the content creation video? To be honest not all clients are easy to create content this one sounds tricky to me.
@@TheSocialShells Yess it is a bit tricky, I don't think having multiple accounts is what they're aiming towards tbh.. or even willing to consider, I am trying to research as much as possible about content creation but it's always for a specific TA, not the general public which makes it a bit confusing for situations like these...

Giving an example here- for Instance I create carousel posts using canva. I shouldnt share the working canva files with the Client right? So if a Client asks for these 'open files' instead of the jpgs, I should say no, right?

Hi lovely you can find lots of template son line if you do a search i google but you should always get them check with your lawyer to make sure you are fully covered.

If i am paid monthly (e.g 500/month) for the service. if i asked for 500 as a retainer fee upon signing the contract and then the next invoice will be after the end of the month is this what it means? sorry, help me understand.

A KPI in an SMM contract is just a way to measure if your social media is working, like tracking followers, engagement, or sales.
What KPIs do you recommend? some clients ask to pay only if KPIs achieved which might not be possible every time
