I've written extensively about the waste of cardio for years. Weight training is enough cardio. I'm 70 years old in perfect health with 12% bodyfat and have never done cardio. And yes, test prop is pointless. People think it provides more even levels, when in fact they're LESS stable.

I gotta say, I would NEVER buy "Pumpkin Spice" isolyze as I don't think I'd like it. But I got it free with an order during the Olympia and it's my 2nd favorite flavor, behind "coffee". Unfortunately, both the Pumpkin Spice and the Coffee only come in 22 servings, not the 44 servings as all the other flavors do, so they cost more. Dave, PLEASE make both Coffee and Pumpkin Spice in the larger 44 servings. Coffee is the BEST tasting whey I've found anywhere. Mix it with fat free Fair Life (triple filtered - low sugars/high protein) milk and ice and it is unbelievable !!!!! Even just mixed with water, the Coffee whey is incredible. It's the only Isolyze where I don't taste all the sweetness from the artificial sweeteners, ala Stevia. Plus, the Coffee has an extra half gram of protein per serving 28 grams vs 27.5 for all the other Isolyze 😁😁. Every little bit helps, right babe ??? 😂🤣

I love Your personalities but I'm less interested in topics such as gear and meat. I would love to see more natural and vegan discussion. Time to go with the flow? I think I was working out too much and or just not doing enough for a single body part to grow much. A few weeks ago I decided to just focus on 1 body part per day and train EOD. I've noticed a significant improvement.
