They keep waiting for the food from the same plate waooo.. yaar atleast buy one extra plate,, all eating the leftovers from someone's mouth, even if they r siblings.... Take less ppl if you Cannot afford food becoz it seems u have just enough to-cover the travelling costs.. its like waiting outside the food shop to fetch free food .. dont take offence, but it's very disturbing...

That soyabean we call it Axone in our dialect that’s our delicacy but we don’t eat like that we smash the soyabean and keep for a week to ferment it properly and we cook with smoked pork it’s the tastiest🫠🫠
Also many people don’t like soyabean but it’s good to see you guys enjoying it🎀

We call it as Kinema in Nepali Language (sikkim, Darjeeling ) we make it differently too. Some make it dry with tomato and onion, some make it soup and differently.

you should buy some more food for others too,you eat 3/4 of the food you order,and they eat the leftovers,that is not fair
Do you know why the chicken meat is tight which you have eaten in Darjeeling because those chicken curry served to you were organic local chicken and the chicken you talking about soft one those are boiler chicken which doesn't take much time to cook. That's the actual difference between these two chickens.

Please do correct yourself, not boiler, it’s broiler and here in Sikkim when guests asks for local chicken we do give them local chicken and chefs here who cooks local chicken are referred as organic chef who are actually trained to cook organic delicacy of the state and the do make local chicken which are soft .
