New Royal Enfield Himalayan Instrument Cluster not working, Whose Fault?

It was not expected from the well known brand ‪@royalenfield‬ . The problem is showing from after purchasing my bike and that time I told to the service manager and they told me it was normal to all Himalayan bikes, but when I got to know that it is replaceable under warranty I went to talk to them but still they delayed it by saying that they will arrange and give it to me...like that a year gone, after that when I pressurize them about it they gave me this stupid one where it was not showing any kind of reading except RPM meter. When I inform them they be like 'come we'll change it with your old one'. The incident was done third week of January 2023 and now this is the April 2 2023 they are not providing me the instrument cluster. When I went to ask them, they said it's under process...
