Andrey A Verevko okay I have 2004 Pontiac Grand am that I'm going to be able to drive once I turn 16 and the car doesn't have an aux cord port and I thought it did
I have a couple of these and they do work very well. Gooseneck one in the wife's van and this one in my car. In my car I disabled the power antenna in the down position, I have not listened to actual radio in a couple of years. This thing will broadcast about 200 feet. You can be several car lengths away and get music LOL. Only annoyance is if your power port stays on when the car is off, you cannot turn this thing off. Even when you think it's off it still broadcasts. It will run down your battery if you leave it for a few days. Overnight it's not an issue, but be aware of that. It works better and is easier to pair when the power gets cut off when the ignition turns off. One of these days I am going to rig this thing up to the power antenna plug in the trunk so it turns on and off with the radio. With the antenna down and this thing right next to it, no need to ever switch frequencies anyway. Plus then it will be hidden.
Thanks for the video! My pickup has the Bluetooth setup, but I just bought a little 4 cylinder car for fuel mileage, and it doesn't have the Bluetooth option. This really helped!
I have one of these and although it works well if you can find a part of the FM band that is not used, where I live the Band is full of community FM stations and as I drive around I get some of these stations breaking through so I stop change the frequency and in a few minutes another local station breaks through. So in large cities It needs to have a higher RF output or you need to disconnect the car antenna and connect an antenna wire and wrap it around the transmitter and shield the both from external RF. It would be great if these units could have a antenna plug and socket so you plug your antenna into it and it plugs into radio, then when using the FM transmitter you could unplug the antenna from it and use any frequency. The other issue I had with it is it doesn't fit well in cig lighter socket and I have tried quite a few, and power keeps disconnecting. I have ended up hardwiring the power to it.
Thank you so much man I was about to mess with the wiring inside the car to configure an Aux in/out cables to have music, but ill give this thing a try!
Dnation Apocalypse can I still use my car stereo to control the volume? Like I like my music blasting so I want to make sure I can do that and still here it
I have quite the history with my gifted 2007 Chevy Malibu. It was driven by my mother throughout my childhood years before it was passed down to me once I was able to drive(2014), and just last week when I finally got my CD unstuck from my CD player after YEARS of it being stuck, the CD player stopped working. I followed a whole bunch of tutorials in hopes of fixing this issue but I could never get my player to play my CDs again(and I am SICK of listening to the radio and switching to different stations to find a song I liked that was playing). My last hope was to at least be able to buy CDs to be able to listen to music that I liked at the touch of a button. I was dead set on purchasing a whole new stereo for it until I bumped into this! I'll be purchasing this device to give everything one last shot. Fingers crossed it works! I will update once I receive and test it! (Drive testing included)!
Hey man just wanted to say thanks!! I have a 2006 Chevy malibu and the stock sound system is great. Plenty of bass/treble/midrange. Sad part is the dam 6 CD player doesn't work. I've been shopping around for a replacement stock radio, because I like the controls on my steering wheel, but all the radios I've found were like $150+. Thats dam crazy! So I just found this vid and it gave me hope that i can play my own tunes from my phone or my tablet via the AUX input. Keeping my fingers crossed! I will update when I recieve the unit. Today's date is 3/29/2018 *UPDATE* Got the device today! Hooked it up and just took me a few minutes to set it up. Bluetooth paired up with my phone pretty quick. Works like a charm too! Haven't used the hands-free for the phone yet, but adjusting the device to the FM receiver was straight forward and I started to enjoy my tunes from my tablet with ease. No static at all and the sound is incredible! Thanks again bro!
I rather have a car with the ability for a real stereo system lol than use Bluetooth it just degrades quality wired is as good as you can get to a full connection no music degradation when using wired since wired is hi res stop with the Bluetooth hi res bullshit no such thing as hi res Bluetooth when it still lacks proper sound quality
Thanks for the video. Without it i was going to have to take my radio to but a aux in the back and it would havs been more hassle than its worth, but thanks to this i dont have too!!#
Okie dokie lemme clarify something...for best quality of sound turn bt transmitter all the way up then 5 clicks back. Ex: max 30...what to do 25. Then make sure volume is all the way up on phone THEN adjust volume in the car...common sense plus you get best quality of bass mid and treble
Andrey you’re so amazing! That’s the one thing I hated about my car being older, can’t bop to my music. Going to purchase it right now!!! Best of luck and lots of love to you and that pooping cat
OMG! I just got a 2006 Nissan Murano(my very first car) and I've been dying looking for an aux plug, even the outlets lol (but I know that there is one inside the middle storage box). Wow!! Thank you man! I noticed we have the same car model when you get to your car so that's why I watched till the end. 😊
@@carlos53k the 2006 Nissan Murano S doesn't have any Aux port, I was just saying that finally I found a way to play music thru Bluetooth using the product he was showing (well technically it was a just a different brand that I bought lol) you plug that into the cigarette lighter/outlet and look for an empty radio station on your car stereo then match it with the product you see here, then connect your phone to the transmitter via Bluetooth then there you go! Too funny. I just picked up an 04 Murano for my son. Don't KNOW WHY they put the port over there.. super frustrating.. but at least I know there is something that will work. Thanks!
The most annoying part is the volume is too low. I put my phone up to the max and the transmitter maxed and it's still much quieter than the radio or CD, and has more signal noise because of that.

Does it play through the the speakers in the vehicle? If so how does it connect? I ordered one right after I watching your video. I can't wait to get it and try it out. :)
Yes it comes through the speakers. This unit links to your car by the radio channel. It transfers your music from your phone and basically plays it to your car by transmitting to the station you select. You have to have the device and your FM station set the same. You have to choose an odd radio station that is just static and you basically turn it into your own radio station by transmitting the frequency from the device to your radio station. Hope that's not too confusing. It is very easy, once you get it just follow directions, its as easy connecting to BT and then just putting both the device and your car radio on the same FM station.

Not sure I understand the channel/frequency stuff here. Do I need an FM signal for it to work? My car doesn't have bluetooth audio and the aux port is the only way to play music from my phone, but it has a short in it and since the manufacturer seems to have no record of my car year/model even having an aux port to begin with, replacing it seems to be out of the question. This seems like it would solve the whole issue and give me bluetooth audio, but, again, I don't understand the frequency/channel stuff.
