Kinuwestyon ng mga kongresista ang ilang ahensya ng pamahalaan kung bakit hindi itinuring na ‘red flag’ ang pagdagsa ng Chinese students sa Pilipinas, partikular sa Tuguegarao.
Samantala, itinanggi naman ng unibersidad sa Tuguegarao na mahigit 4,000 ang Chinese enrollees doon gayundin ang paratang na milyon ang sinisingil nila sa bawat foreign student.
