    Sir, there is no salutation like 'sir' in Notes. Correspondence portion is denoted by 'c' instead of 'r'.

      In d video i m refering to a letter received... therefore it is denoted by R as received...
      C is for all outgoing letters termed as correspondence
      As far as salutation is concerned, there is no hardship to use...even in files of CO, RO and directorate where I have worked...there were salutations...

    This is not the correct method of office note. Firstly we should not use 5ir in the noting. I mean salutation is not required in the noting. Content of the noting is also not appropriate.
