It’s still considered as a stress crisis. It all pretty much goes together hand-in-hand. You don’t necessarily need to only show signs and symptoms of stress/anxiety. Depression and even anger is also considered as stress crisis.
Being sad does not necessarily mean being depressed patient. She could be a bipolar patient going through a depressive episode.... There is a very big difference between the medications for these two diseases.
