It was really interesting to hear how Tiffany and Brian both struggled to detach from work at some point. As someone who got burnt out from working in healthcare, I knew the phenomenon of not being able to leave work at work wasn't exclusive to healthcare, but I'd never have expected musical theatre or acting to be one of those occupations where that's difficult to do. Who knew a show called bring your own booze would be educational.

We had that when I worked in psych and I found that it helped a lot, way more than crying in the pantry did haha (still ended up in the ward myself tho from burn out lol). Otherwise I hope you have access to a good support network and that you know you can say no to extra shifts. Time to do what you want, and things that are healing for you, are a major part in preventative care for burn out. Take care ^-^

I've been a fan of GG for so many years; I don't remember correctly the time, but it's somewhere between the Genie and Oh eras. My love for them at that time was mainly just, you know, my excitement of their music and their looks, blah blah blah. However, after I graduated from college and got a job, I began to "enjoy" every aspect of each member, and I really enjoy what Tiffany brings to the table: her professionalism and self-assurance in every circumstance; her excitement for everything; her understanding and listening in conversation; her commitment, creativity, and effort to the tasks at hand. Every time I watch a video of her (talk show, variety show, etc.), she gives me a really upbeat, happy mindset that may sometimes help me deal with my "irritations" at work.

This is so refreshing being able to see Tiffany in a different light and more so herself in the 30s. I'm 30 as well and being a SONE since 2010, a lot has changed and being able to finally vocalized your thoughts freely but also practicing self-love and her mentioning about going through therapy is awesome. I think going through each stage in life, you learn more about yourself and those wings spread wider. Looking forward to more of these episodes! So glad I came across this video and it's great that k-culture is hitting the world stronger than ever before

This episode was WAYYY too good and fun to watch! As someone who started liking Korean culture and music since the 90s with FTTS, g.o.d., H.O.T, S.E.S., Baby VOX, and the like-- it is so nice seeing the older generations come out. SNSD is the group that brought me back into KPOP after a hiatus so I really do love these 3 on the show! I really do love Brian's energy since day 1! Joon is that cranky old brother that is hilarious! Fany has aged so gracefully and I am enjoying all her success! Love the cursing since it shows the authentic part of being an unscripted show. LOVE IT!! I'll be here every Friday!

Tiffany is one of my personal heroes. As an American in love with all music and cinema (especially American and Korean stuff), she's such a true student of the craft of singing and acting. She's around my age too, I think I a little older, and I grew up on a lot of the same films and music. Such a wonderful, multi-talented artist, we need more Tiffany content in this day and age ❤❤❤

This is so refreshing being able to see Tiffany in a different light and more so herself in the 30s. I'm 30 as well and being a SONE since 2010, a lot has changed and being able to finally vocalized your thoughts freely but also practicing self-love and her mentioning about going through therapy is awesome. I think going through each stage in life, you learn more about yourself and those wings spread wider. Looking forward to more of these episodes! So glad I came across this video and it's great that k-culture is hitting the world stronger than ever before

This episode was WAYYY too good and fun to watch! As someone who started liking Korean culture and music since the 90s with FTTS, g.o.d., H.O.T, S.E.S., Baby VOX, and the like-- it is so nice seeing the older generations come out. SNSD is the group that brought me back into KPOP after a hiatus so I really do love these 3 on the show! I really do love Brian's energy since day 1! Joon is that cranky old brother that is hilarious! Fany has aged so gracefully and I am enjoying all her success! Love the cursing since it shows the authentic part of being an unscripted show. LOVE IT!! I'll be here every Friday!
