Worst app ever. Took about 300 tries before it connected to the device but now the device says its offline so I cant schedule it via the app anyway
I have 2 of these one in my hallway and one in My living room. The genie is a stunning ornamental piece of decor that fragrances your home with the most richest and beautiful aromas ever the scents are so premium and they last month's and months and I have mine on multiple times afay set to high fragrance. I love my perfume genies and if you're debating purchasing one I highly recommend them I have tried every diffuser going and perfume genie is 100% the best

Why not just water and a few drops of essential oil? Why opt for a cardridge? I assume so that we have to keep buying your cardridges?

Since my review on the app store keepa getting deleted for no reason I wil try here, can you please remove the intro movie when opening the app i just want to turn on my genie not watch a 5 second movie everytime...
Hey folks - the app doesn't work. Impossible to retrieve the wifi networks. When will you fix it? The whole point was the remote operativity but right now it's useless. Any answer please?

How long can one cartridge diffuse untill it's done.

Doesn't seem to be many comments of the quality of the sent! ..yes jts a beautiful design albeit is very small.....has anyone used one?
The scents are amazing so far I've tried the Ritual of the Happy Buddha, Ritual of Karma, Ritual of Hamman and Ritual of Sakura and they all smell beautiful

@@adrianrodrigues1988 hi yes this is version 2.0 which requires being plugged into a power source at all times. I believe the first gen model was rechargeable but I think due to this one having the smart home assistant control options and the ability to turn the genie on when away from home this is why Rituals chose to make this version to be plugged in at all times :)

Why my genie turns off approximately one hour after I turn it on?
Mine turns off after 5 mints . I don't want automatic off system. Came here to find some answers bt all I see is questions. Looks like I spent a lot of money on nothing
Hi! Question, would my wife be able to control this via Google Home/Assistant?
Yes, You have to add this service ( called Rituals Genie) with your Google Home app. Use an easy name for the Perfume Genie ( you can rename it by the Perfume Genie app if needed). I called mine Jolanda and with the command Jolanda On and Jolanda Off by the Google Home/Assistant it worked.

dont buy this product, its ugly, expensive and the app doesnt work, it sucks
