The reason there was a pairing issue is because when you close the case it shuts off the headphones. If you leave the case open it will pair first time.
Did have an issue this past week with the left headphone. Was working out and got the left headphone wet from rain that seeped into the headphone. I blew into it. But, it wouldn’t work for about 15 minutes. Then once dried it was able to work. Seems less water resistant for the black headphones compared to the white. Thanks for watching.
I have been sitting here trying to pair mine for over an hour. Whole time never took the white things off the bottom of the buds smh. Now I’m good to go lol
Sorry to hear it took so long. I can definitely relate. It’s not super intuitive when you first take them out of the packaging. Hopefully, you end up liking them though.
The black newer version are better than the white ones. The sound is a little muffled so I pulled out the foam inserts on them. I only use them while at work. My goto headphone is actually the S23 ones that I have done a video on as well. Those are a little nicer quality and the case is nicer. I think you can only get those directly from their website though so it is harder to find than from Walmart. Generally, they are all very comparable and worth the 10-20$. As for gestures. I have not really used them at all with the Walmart ones. Just never were really reliable. The s23 I’ll use the song skip and pause. Not much beyond that though.
Not sure if it works with it empty but I would just charge them inside the case. That way both the case and ear pods get charged. That’s how I have always done it so far.
Not entirely certain as I have not used the head phones recently. But I think if you tap once or twice on the right it’ll increase it. Usually I just raise it on my phone.
Tell me why I have had my black ones charged for 9 hours and it’s still saying “battery level low”? And the blue light is on when it is plugged in, but no light is on when it’s not plugged in
Only thoughts that I could think of are: 1) the contacts on the bottom have dirt or grime on them so they can’t charge (can try wiping them off with like alcohol wipes), 2) the charging stations battery life has started to fail so it just doesn’t hold a charge anymore. I haven’t personally experienced this before so unfortunately cannot be much help beyond that. Sorry.
I just purchased the same pair of earbuds and I haven't fully charged them yet, but I paired the device and turned them on. I tried pausing, playing and going to the next song on RUclips and the features won't work. Is there a specific spot to touch on them? It paused for a second and started to play without me touching them again. I'm going to fully charge them in the morning, but do you have any tips?
I have several pairs from different brands that I use at this point. They all are a little hit or miss with the touch features. But, for the Groove Onn, you have to tap or hold on the top portion of the earphone. I don’t recall what the specific touch features are but mess around with them a little bit and you should be able to get used to them working pretty consistently. I’m not entirely sure if they will work directly with RUclips. I’ve never really tried it. But, for music through Spotify and Pandora it readily works. Let me know if that helps.
Hey , you have to double tap to pause and unpause. Im sure you've probably figured it out but for anyone else wondering there you go :) .Also i have the black version. Also currently they are $9.98 in my local Walmart. I got them 2 weeks ago.
Thanks. Didn’t know that. I will say that since this video I started to have more issues for the contact in the charger on the white case for the left earphone. It does not seat well so now I have to manipulate it a lot to get it to charge. I think the flatter and magnetic feature for the Black headphones should avoid this issue long term.
What device are you paired with? And are you adjusting the volume on that directly? I’ve had issues with the touch features on the actual head phones. Additionally, there’s a foam insert in the headphones. I found removing them helped improve the volume rather than it being ‘buffered’.
@@AndrewRockRUclips my little Direction pamphlet that came with it had no information on the volume. An older pair I had was just press and hold the right earbud for volume control but that doesn't work with these...
For the price they are good enough when i get my steps in. Great review
Thanks. Yeah. Can’t complain too much about the price.

Yeah. Takes a little messing with but straightforward after you figure it out.

Wait how mines is like that
Pleas respond
It’s working, I had to take off the black thingy on the earphone thingy like how u hear it
Good to hear it worked. Mine only had the issue that one time and it resolved on its own. I did not have to take anything off though.
@@AndrewRockRUclips oh.. it's crazy how I had these for a week and it didn't do that before
I have the black ONN. This morning, I noticed that the mess on the left one came loose, and I'm worried that it might still be in my ear...
You’re talking about the foam? Think it would be pretty obvious but can always have someone look inside the ear.

Thank you man
omg lol youre the reason i figured this out!!
Broooo thankkkk youuuu I was over here thinking my shi broke
Do you recommend the black ones, what about the battery life and the gestures on the sensors are easy to use?

I got the black one did you know what the button right next to the charger port is good for?
I never noticed it to recently actually but I think it’s to turn it off and on for charging. But, I have never actually messed with it.
Can you charge the case with the earbuds in it? Or should you charge the case with the earbuds out? Thank you.
Not sure if it works with it empty but I would just charge them inside the case. That way both the case and ear pods get charged. That’s how I have always done it so far.
The volume on the left earbud turned down and the volume won't turn up.
Have you turned them off and in? And is there anything stuck or blocking the ear bud opening? If not. It may just be broken?
How to raise the volume?
Not entirely certain as I have not used the head phones recently. But I think if you tap once or twice on the right it’ll increase it. Usually I just raise it on my phone.
My left black one stopped working
Is the power dead? Or completely broken? Might just need to replace them?

i got mine for 9.98 from walmart in a full box (white)
Nice. Hope you like them.
Anybody know what the button on the bottom of the black case does?
For my case there is not a button on the black case. The bottom has a usb-c input to charge the case. No obvious button though.
Why does one side work for me and the other doesn’t?
Work from an audio standpoint or the touch features? And how long have you had the headphones for?
Im also wondering the same
Anyone have the problem dont sounds so much?
Not sure what you are asking?
@@AndrewRockRUclips low volume
I haven’t had issues. You’re sure it’s turned up all the way? And that your phone or device has it raised up all the way as well?

I'll try the foam thing my phone is connected with all volumes maxed but can't hear over any power tool or vacuum
Nice review but you said UM so many times i had to stop watching.
There's no volume control on these stupid things
Think you can double tap to raise or lower it. The directions go over it. I don’t recall exactly though.
