I wonder if Michi makes a version with 5 channels like this. The michi sound is warmer than Rotel to my ears and they look sooo much better. The rotels for the price are ridiculously good value!!
Isn’t the Michi X5 a five channel Amp? I agree… Michi Amps sound beautiful!👌They have a lush, warm and rich sound, with excellent clarity in the top end.
Does anyone know anything about Sonance amplifiers? I found the sonance dsp 8-130 mkii open box at Best Buy for about $1,900. I currently have a Denon 4700H for my home theater receiver but need something to help push my Definitive Technology speakers as well as my Klipsch in ceiling speakers. Any advice would be helpful.
@@YTCrazyObbehey brother. Changed my mind. Going with a 7.2.4 set up instead. 4 in ceiling Sonos speakers. Also will now go with the Yamaha Advantage A8. Check out is party mode for the zones. My house is being built and should be done by July. So final specs aren’t in yet.
Any audiophile will tell you toroidal is the way to go when you want the best sound. SMPS is great for cost efficiency, heat, and space, but not the ultimate in sound. Thanks for watching
D class amps have issues. When I made an order for one, the manager of the store rang me to talk me out of buying a D class theatre amp. He recommended the Rotel, which was about half the price . There are D class amps that get good reviews, but that doesn't mean everyone should ignore class AB, in my opinion.

Michi does not right now, the X5 mentioned is an integrated amp. Yes, Rotel is a fantastic value.
I wish Michi made a 5 or 7 channel
Two new great power amp options from Rotel.
Yes they are!
Serious power for a serious theater!
Exactly! Thanks for watching Marty
I wonder how they compare to Emotiva XPA GEN 3 line?
I really like the look of Rotel. This one looks like a tank!!
It is a tank!
I own one. Can't lift it by myself, can't fault the performance.
Solid amps
Yes they are!
They look beastly!
Yes, this series of power amps has always been in that fun category! Thanks for watching

Thats a decent amp with a way to get in and do room eq for each channel.
Looks amazing!!
Glad you liked it, thank you!
Definitely going to order one and pair it with the Marantz Cinema 40. 7.4.4 set up.
We will be happy to help you out when you are ready! Thanks for watching
@@AudioAdviceindeed. I ordered a nice technics turntable from you guys before. Excellent experience. Will come back for the Rotel.
@@rumporridge1 That is awesome! Thanks for your support!
What speakers will you use? Do you think it will work great with the BW 702 S3 in 7.2.1 setup? (front, front, center, 4 surround and 2 in the roof)

is there bt
There is not, as this is a power amplifier. Most of the matching Rotel processors that you would put with this do offer it though
Emotiva has smps, this has toroidal. Smps is the way to go???

Hi! Everyone
Welcome to our channel!
A/B in 2023? Nope.
These are class AB, which we feel sounds better than the cheaper switching amps many have moved to for cost effectiveness. Thanks for watching
