They should have put it in the back if it already had a deposit on it in my opinion. You probably are not the first or last person who wants to buy it only to be met with disappointment.

Love the variety though! Pokémon, N64, and so many other cool items.
You say don't pay £20 for Alice madness returns because it's on gamepass. I say you should buy the game because what happens when Microsoft take the game off gamepass and you what to play the game?. You can't unless you buy the game. I would rather have the game physical now then have to pay more for the game at a later date.
I own it physical. And yes, in case they take it off Gamepass, you own it.

Wow, that Pokémon Stadium 2 looked mint, yeah Australia is a PAL territory, so as a UK based viewer I would be happy to pop that CART into my N64, and enjoy playing the game.

What seems Funny to me, Is That the Pokemon Was for sale Till you asked him for some Wriggle room,

gets some nice stuff. And most of his consoles are Boxed, I haven't been there for years, but i hear He's
still there. He's An honest guy to, If somethings crap He'll tell you, Go see our rich He'll look after you,
Especially if you use him Regular, Well he looks after all his Customers Even if you only use him Once.
Looks like some interesting stuff there, plenty of PS2. Disappointing that the Pokémon Stadium 2 was still on the shelf if someone had paid a deposit.
This is my local cex and its very much lucky dip some days. Lucky to have mobile games exchange and retro world around the corner from this cex though x
That's a huge shame. Pokemon Stadium 2 is a must-have on the N64. Hopefully, one day, you'll get lucky.

As you say, "win some, lose some", you came so very close to that pokemon game, £150 was a lot though, was in mint condition, looked so good, pity it had deposit on it, and it been on the shelf, that should have really been put away. Prices these days are expensive for everything and wages just not meeting demands, its the world we live in nowadays. Hopefully you find "Auto mondelista, Pain very soon, good luck gem. 👍🙏😉

I’m not sure Pokémon box was legit looked wrong colour cardboard, too new, and the manual was all creased but box mint 🤔
Lets hope not charging alot for VHS as even old Disney vhs can be had for a quid lol rare movies maybe alot but most VHS tapes are hardly anything to buy

115 quid for Dune 2 is piss-take. I remember buying that game 2nd-hand complete from Gamestation back in the day for 2.99 or 3.99. It was under 5 pounds for sure. Paying 115 pounds for a strategy game is like paying 115 pounds for a Rugby game. You just can't do it.
Imagine if you didn't ask for the best price. You'd have had it and someone would be very pissed off.

Well ive never seen anything retro gaming wise in charity shops near me....i like 8 bit and 16 bit
Went today as nipped to petsathome so went to the scope shop and what did i see on the shelf for 3 quid...a commodore 64 tape deck the box looked brand new
And what did i find inside it.....someone had put some small reels of film about...concerts!!
The woman said the tape deck was in before as they check stuff before putting on shelves so someone had stolen it and for weight put the reels of film in that was on the same shelf

I have generation zero Its brilliant game people should talk about it more love it's collectors edition too. I've never seen cex sell Pain on the PS3 I'd buy that game jade empire if i ever see it looks great the box art and I already have Alice madness returns on the PS3 but only the digital copy one of my favourite games on PS3 does look really bad that cex and that dune 2 for £115 it's not worth that much at all

Alice madness returns is awesome and def worth £20 gamepass or not. Best game you picked up in your hand. Cex Bedford, Milton Keynes and Leicester are dry of retro. Nadda.

Dvds are dead, i even cleared out lots blu rays give them lad rebought on streaming stores xbox and others, however my lad always gets dvds when charity shop hunt or cex lol,

Derby CEX was awful last time I went in, which was around the end of last year. Clueless staff didn't help it either. I did swoop up all the decent Xbox titles that they had last time I was in there. But Retro World in Derby is a far better place for retro games than CEX.
