I love, love, love this! I thought cover crops were just that! A cover for the soil during winter months! How eye opening to find four other major reasons why cover crops are so wonderful for our gardens! Can’t wait to put this tip into practice!

I enjoyed the video.
If large-scale farming / gardening made more use of cover crops, the food industry would be a lot better, more sustainable.
I'm operating at a very small scale, but I've been using some worm bins past few years to create 8-10 cubic feet of castings for raised beds (180 sq ft) that are going in soon. I may try some kind of easy cover-crop as an experiment in one of my raised beds, turning it in before any seed issues. Have to be so careful about outside organic material these days, with persistent herbicides and whatnot.

Yes, absolutely, but there's always a chance for this to change (and maybe it already has a little).
