Amen! I agree with your description. We need time for prayer every day where we can focus on God, God's words, n ourselves n our relationship with God. Meditation is for myself n my focus on God, but prayer is a relationship with God where we go into a sincere deep conversation where we focus n meditate only on God n ourselves and our relationship. The quality of this prayer is very meaningful to this relationship than frequency and quantity, but they are just as important being in the deep close relationship with Him forever. Jesus Christ is an exemplary on giving prayers to our Father God. We must be like our Jesus who is not only our Lord, but teacher friend n the first born brother to our God.
