It's congenital ,a defect, maybe a part of a syndrome, nothing to do with the IUD.
Yeah idk why he felt so emotional about finding out that he now didn’t have something to put the blame on such as the IUD but really it was a birth defect that came naturally.. he should’ve been glad that his mum doesn’t have to feel guilt about that!

How the doctor said “l’m worried about your nose”, and the result still turn out fantastic. Mad respect. Just the level of mastery that these guys bring.
I appreciate the fact that they seem to be honest about the risks of surgery. They don't lie to get these people under the knife. They seem to just want to help the people who come seeking relief.
I've heard Dr. Nassif say ''it's a scalpel not a magic wand'' but when you look at these before and after images these Doctor's are performing MAGIC!
The nose jobs are my favourite because of the breathing. I already get so annoyed when my nose gets clogged, I cant imagine being unable to breathe through your nose permanently. They always show so much relief once they can

Awe this made my heart hurt. These poor people who trusted their surgeons to do right by them and end up deformed! I'm so so happy with these two surgeons for giving them their lives and confidence back! They really had to dig deep to come up with a plan and it paid off! I'm so so happy for these people!
It's amazing people can get normal noses again.. literally awe struck. Dr Nassif is AMAZING, an artist and scientist all in one lol idk

A lot of these reveals are 6 weeks or so post-op. As we see in some of the stories where they had prior work done, the shapes of the noses often change months after. So I wonder how well these Dr. Nassir opertions held up over time.....
What is he blaming his mom.? I just believe it's a defect he was born with that's not his mom fault. Glad he got it corrected, put the nonsense of IUD in the trash.

Bill Burr gave fair warning about plastic surgery. He said that it is time that people stop rushing to get these procedures, since doctors haven't really figured everything out.

Dr. Nassif wasn't calling David, the person, defective. He was referring to the defective interruption of your body's normal process for growth and development.

I got pregnant after a morning after pill and don't regret it at all. I also got pregnant on IUD but unfortunately, the baby didn't make it. I always wonder if that baby would be anything like his/hers sister 🤔

I think they get excited for the hard jobs. The more difficult, the more they get into it.
No matter how you got something ( deformed nose ) the fact that it can be corrected should trump the past. Be Happy!
It's too bad they don't mention the cost of surgeries or the amount of time in the surgeries to fix these botched jobs.
The show pays for the surgeries and they couldn't give a standard figure since surgery fees are very much based on the surgeons expertise and how much they would like to charge. The price varies considerably depending on the surgeon.
@@shomshomni2314 That's reasonable, but I'd still like to know how long they underwent these fixes. I'm not asking to see the surgeries, just curious how long it takes them.
@@Sarappreciateswhat do you mean? Are you asking how long they were under general anesthesia while the doctors performed the revision rhinoplasty? If so, no more than 3 hours
@@VP-kr2vd Thanks, yes, I want to know more about the logistics of it all. Price, time it takes to do the surgery, time it takes recover, all that.
@@Sarappreciates I just had revision rhinoplasty in May 2023 and the doctor only took 2 hours to complete and the revision required more work than the first surgery. he had to add cartilage from ear and mtf allografts, spreader grafts, derotate my tip...and other things that take skill. My first rhinoplasty, the surgeon took more than 4 hours and did a terrible job....so i guess time depends on the surgeon. My revision surgeon said he only needs 2 hours to complete the surgery and that he doesn't like to keep people under anesthesia longer. Cost varies depending on surgeon and location. More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better surgeon. In turkey the cost of living is cheaper so surgical procedures are also cheaper than america. you can find good and bad surgeons in every country under every price range....this is what i've learned. So you must simply find a surgeon that is in your price range and has results you like and then pray that everything works out.

I think the exact price depends on what needs to be done. But I read one comment from someone that got helped by Dr. Nassif and it cost 35K (and that Dr. Peng charges about half)
