I'm from the US so this is very unfamiliar territory to me? It seems like calisthenics is a combo of dance and gymnastics? But also adds some flag corps elements as well! What age range are the girls that are junior level? Or is the level not based on age? Just very curious to be honest. I started watching after a video popped up on my recommend list and have been binge watching all morning! These kids are super talented!

So tinies are 2-7 sub juniors are 8-10 juniors are 11-13 inters are 14-16 seniors are 17-25 pheonix is 26+ so are firebirds
