Why do assume they’ll lose? You shouldn’t. This is a unique asset class that was invented recently. Early 20th century laws should be reformulated for the modern era.

The question is. With all that power of programming you've got, why don't you create your own digit currency to free people from banks and corruption? So, you can fund yourselves not to charge people for your services, and instead you can admin all your own currency to win the whole planet and make yourselves bigger than Google, Amazon or any other monopoly. Also, you could allow us and help develop local economies for poor people to end poverty around the world. Come on, let’s do it!

Change is slow, if you try to change too fast, it will be violently opposed. If you listen to ripple execs speak, they constantly say banks aren’t going away, governments aren’t going away. Change the system from inside. Not from the outside.
@@c4turtz I think it's too slow, and it's almost in stagnation. And it's been this way since millennia ago. Can't wait millions of years more to start the new change.
Manu Hernz that’s how evolution is, evolution took billions of years. With all the resources Ripple has it took them 7 years to get this far and they’re still waiting in regulation. Regulation is keeping them back from the progress that they could be seeing.
@@c4turtz You're right in that point, but my point is different, closer to cryptocurrencies, self regulation is better provided that it's not used for speculation but to help people and the environment.
