What about microplastics from plastic cutting boards?

I always use a glass cutting board to cut meats. An old glass shelf from a refrigerator that doesn't work anymore works just fine. Was sure fun once in Alberta Avenue community hall kitchen had a pair of cooks in it teaching me to cook a recipe when watching them demonstrate to everyone some of whom they were maybe being told ahead of time who needed help learning how to cook. You can tell that one sponsor that I don't use cannabis while maybe needing to learn how to prepare that too.

I use 2 different kinds of cutting boards. One for cutting veggies and bread and the other for cutting only meats. I never use my hands to mix large quanitites of food for a crowd unless everybody else cooking there soon after spotting me using a tool to mix says I have to do the same thing as they are doing or get constant called being too slow. I do wash my hands when going from a task which involves handling meat to another task which involves handling veggies. I do let food cool down before putting it into the fridge. If you have any more news for me CBC on safe handling of food just ask that professional cook who volunteered at the time too whom I helped in the Alberta community hall kitchen to put on a fund raising silent auction with a dinner event that included a 7 course dinner that made someone who asked feel embarrased when she corrected her about how I was better at safe food handling techniques than some of her employees in her place of paid work.

I stopped paying attention when she told me she has her cut produce and veggies with a sprinkling of micro plastics.
I'd rather clean my wood board with steel wool and gentle dish soap and rinse thoroughly with scolding hot water.

You’re kidding yourself if you think you’re avoiding micro plastics by using a wooden cutting board rather than a plastic one. You consume micro plastic simply by walking down a populated city street.

The media was criticized for their coverage of the Calgary e-coli outbreak. They focused on dire symptoms and illness while barely mentioning the safety and prevention methods covered in this video. Better late than never I suppose.

Its not news but very important education on food safety as many people actually get food borne illnesses from preparing food at home, I think this very important preventative education.

Actually the danger zone is above above 4 degrees Celsius and below 60 degrees Celsius, the video incorrectly refers to 4 degrees and 60 degrees to be included as part of the danger zone, maybe that’s not what was intended but that needs to be made more clear.

Step 2: getting a number of illness and low iron and every other issue that comes from not eating meat and then dying 😂

@@artemisqueen2 Lol the American Dietetics Association state that a well planned vegan diet is appropriate for all stages of the human life cycle. We are OMNIVORES after all and can subsist either on plants or rotting carcass tissue....
