Fishing dinner on the Northshore of Curacao, Big barracuda

Here in the south Caribbean we often see big barracuda's near shore.
Now with the flat seas around these times, I decided to do some shore casting in the hope of catching these fish.
A barracuda is a large, predatory, ray-finned fish known for its fearsome appearance and ferocious behavior.
Is barracuda good to eat?
Although barracuda fish is not a common fish you'll find on the table for dinner, like salmon, it is safe to consume and, if prepared well, can be tasty
