We've just been given a budgie that was found in the street because by my sister (I had a aviary for year's in my mother's house 10'×14' ft flight and the indoor section was 10'×5' fully insulated with tubular heater's it was still a bit chilly inside in the winter the heater's were 120watt three of them originally from Argos but it wasn't too bad (in Liverpool) then after getting my own place I rebuilt but after about 10yrs i had to pack up ( man cave was needed) I intend to build a new one possibly putting this young one there I've got it tame (hopping on to my hands and feeding so all is well up to now we let it out of the cage daily that the wife bough and it will only fly up next to my TV on the wall and sits there all day apart from going back to it's cage for food+water ( nope it doesn't s**t everywhere because A4 sheet's are put on the only ledge it goes on I think it's because there's a 3hr video of this aviary that keeps it occupied so that's great for us as I can read the newspaper as everyone else is transfixed for hours on end on their iPhone's when they come home from work! OK I'm here because i got a notification ( Facebook, Twitter, and all the others are not for me they're just a slagging and backstabbing world) anyway that's my little "lockdown story" so from me > stay safe everyone and Goodbye! Oh! I'll put this on for this new member of the family tomorrow.
