Stuffed Peppers | Polneti piperki | Baburi Macedonian Cuisine

Another Recipe! and one of the Best Macedonian Food I love. today in my kitchen we are going to make a stuffed Peppers or Polneti piperki so meleno meso I oriz.
Different type of Pepper/Capsicum is what you will find in the Groceries and Markets during summer season here in MACEDONIA! i used to call this country the land of PEPPERS and GRAPES :-)
