Easiest explanation and method for this concept. Very intuitive also. In one of our coaching advanced papers, I got highest marks (48/60) in physics just because of this since 2-3 questions came from this topic.
in this problem , why we are considering only bigger mass 5m and dist. travelled by smaller mass ? Can you explain ? Actually both masses move . I want to know theory behind this .
Two men of masses 80 kg and 60 kg are standing on a wood plate of mass 100 kg, that has been placed over a smooth surface. If both the men start moving toward each other with speeds 1m/s and 2 m/s respectively, then the velocity of the plate by which starts moving is x m/s find x.
You know Friction forces acting on both man and plank are same, right? You also know that they don't have equal masses, so, this means acceleration produced on them is different and distance moved will also be different
Amazing sir 🎉🎉🎉I afraid from this topic now I'm fully confident......god promise I solve some last question even without using pens .... thank u so much sir 🙏🏻🥰🥰🥰
Thankyou sir, Your video was one of the most relevant video on this topic. This video really helped me alot Specially in last topic - I used do solve such spheres problem using conservation of energy, that most of time gets messed up when calculating energy But now I am pretty much confident about correctly solving such questions.
Thank you very much sir chaar paanch din se iss topic ko samajhne ka koshish kia apne coaching ke notes and teacher se par kuchh samajh nhi aa raha tha aaj aapne saara doubt clear kar dia thanks a lot sir
Sir agar Fext=0 COM rest me nahi rahega but uski state change nahi hogi. Agar system constant velocity se chal raha hoga to constant velocity se chale ga aur agar system Rest me hoga to rest me rahega
sir ho to do this question with this trick?? Two men ‘A’ and ‘B’ are standing on a plank. ‘B’ is at the middle of the plank and ‘A’ is at the left end of the plank. Bottom surface of the plank is smooth. System is initially at rest and masses are as shown in figure. ‘A’ and ‘B’ start moving such that the position of ‘B’ remains fixed with respect to ground and ‘A’ meets ‘B’. Then the point where A meets B is located at : (mass of plank is 40 kg , mass of A is 40 kg , mass of B is 60 kg and length of boat is 120cm)
Suppose B move x in right ,then A move 60+x in right, apply same formula of displacement of C.M This displacement is equal to x because B is at rest..then solve you will get x=60, which means at other end they meet
Sir man plank problem me thodi difficulty aa rhi thi but aapke video se sab makhan ki tarah clear ho gaya Thanks sir for uploading this lecture on RUclips ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Sir mai allen la student hu aur class me jab ye topic chal raha tha toh aise lag raha tha ki jaadu ho raha hai. But aap ne ekdum clear kar diya thnk you very much sir
Sir aap IIT vale question me rest ka opposite kiye to minus me ans laye phir agle questions 3/4 ko minus me Lana chahiye tha n to direct 0.75 kyu aagya isme bhi opposite karne pe minus me aana chahiye
Much helpful sir..... a basket of thanks sir

Sir thank you so much for this amazing lecture ❤❤❤❤❤❤
14:25 Sir, if the surfaces we consider are smooth, then why does the man move relative to ground, he should be at rest (w.r.t ground) right ?
You know Friction forces acting on both man and plank are same, right? You also know that they don't have equal masses, so, this means acceleration produced on them is different and distance moved will also be different
Ismein kuch gdbd hai kyuki sbke rel displ. Alg honge wrt ground
Love u sir.... finally doubt clear ho gaya completely 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sir plz upload such type of video of all topics its requst sir
Amazing sir 🎉🎉🎉I afraid from this topic now I'm fully confident......god promise I solve some last question even without using pens .... thank u so much sir 🙏🏻🥰🥰🥰

Thanks for a great help🙏🙏🙏🙏
You are very underrated u r one of the best phy teachers
sirr mazaa agya ache se smjh mai aya [1st time is channel pe]
sir kya aap rain problem ka video bna skte h NLM mai jo hota h
Thankyou sir ❤
sir ho to do this question with this trick??
Two men ‘A’ and ‘B’ are standing on a plank. ‘B’ is
at the middle of the plank and ‘A’ is at the left end
of the plank. Bottom surface of the plank is smooth.
System is initially at rest and masses are as shown in
figure. ‘A’ and ‘B’ start moving such that the
position of ‘B’ remains fixed with respect to ground
and ‘A’ meets ‘B’. Then the point where A meets B
is located at : (mass of plank is 40 kg , mass of A is 40 kg , mass of B is 60 kg and length of boat is 120cm)
Suppose B move x in right ,then A move 60+x in right, apply same formula of displacement of C.M
This displacement is equal to x because B is at rest..then solve you will get x=60, which means at other end they meet
