Good striking, excellent wrestling and submission defense by Abubakar, you are not used to see a Nurmagamedov as a better or more offensive striker but Nurmagamedovs are underrated strikers and sometimes it looks like bjj don't work on them, even in the moments where you think bjj guy got them, they easily slip out of it
You’re so right, they’re underrated as strikers. You should see their training when it comes to bjj, they have two ppl on them at once while their getting out of submissions. They can’t be submitted when they’re training like that. They train so hard.
Matt's leg kicks looked nasty in round one. If I was in his corner I'd tell him to throw that leg kick more on the feet.
