I’m new to the game - How was he able to put 1 influence in Iran at the very beginning of the game before the headline phase? It says US can place 7 influence in Eastern Europe but doesn’t say anything about the Middle East?

Most games are played with a 2 influence handicap to the US player that allows them to place 2 extra influence in the setup phase to any country where they already have influence 🙂

Hey vz! I used to do live streams of games but the league organisers are worried about people in chat giving assistance. They've made some new rules so I can't livestream my games any more, which is a shame.
