How to change batteries in a Real Fyre vent-free burner system

It's finally burn season and you are excited to turn on your vent-free Real Fyre burner and log set but when you press the button on the remote nothing happens! Don't panic, it's usually a quick fix.
There are two main reasons this happens.
1. Your batteries need to be replaced in either the remote, burner or probably both
2. If you haven't turned it on in a few months then air can build up in the gas line and you just need to bleed it out.
