thanks for your online explanation for the expander. It was simple and uncomplicated. I noticed that the tool you used seemed much more user friendly than the one my child's orthodontist gave us. It's day 3 and I can't find the hole to put the key but also I think the tool is what I need to change. Ours is counter intuitive. Is the one you use a specific company? If so can you share the make of the tool. Many thanks.
