Such a wonderful fun video! I have seen a couple of comments from others on paint separation, if a paint looks gooey or the gum Arabic separates from the pigment, it happens if it sets a long time or goes through a freeze. Remixing it in the tube sometimes works but if it doesn’t squeeze the whole tube out and since watercolor re-wets you can put it in pans or a palette for later. I have never used metallic paint by itself! I have used it for edges or highlights over solid colors like on beetles or a dragonfly! I hope you continue to experiment and keep sharing all of these with us! You are truly inspirational and such a delight! Thank you.

If your paint is runny, use a cocktail stick to mix the paint inside the tube. I found that tip after I'd just prepped a palette with quite a few runny paints 😭

If you only have a few metallic paints you can mix them with your normal watercolours to get more variety.

You are quickly becoming one of my favorite youtube artists. You are practical, an amazing instructor, and your artwork is incredibly creative. Plus becoming one of your patrons on Patreon is a no brainer (except I’ve had all kinds of trouble accessing my Patreon account and I’m leery of adding my credit card to Patreon’s website). Fact remains though, for anyone else, $5 a month to support you should really do it. Enjoy your much deserved break. And since I just discovered you, I have a lot of catching up to do.

Thank you so much for that wonderful comment! Fortunately you can find lots of content here on the channel without having to become a patron. But I’ve never had anybody having a problem with payment or having things charged fraudulently. Sometimes people have a challenge logging into Patreon because they need to clear their browser history and cookies. Then everything seems to work OK. Keep having fun and enjoying the lesson sweetheart.

Your videos are so much fun and informative. Thank you.
Oh, the interference colors are made to go over regular colors, not so thick, so when the light hits those accents show up. I'm sure you know this because Golden and other Acrylic companies make them as well.
I like the Van Gogh much better than the Arteza. I have some pans from Van Gogh and a larger set from Arteza, really economical. I paid fifty bucks for the twelve pan of Van Gogh though, so you got a fantastic deal.
Gum Arabic will help with dryer Watercolors, and I believe that's what cam out of the tube at first. Windsor & Newton has Gum Arabic at a good price for the amount you get. They have all kinds of cool mediums for Watercolor paints. There's even Aquapassto which makes the Watercolor thick like an Impasto painting.
    Alright I'm done. Hahaha.
    Thanks again for the videos.
