Wish that Lion Brand didn’t discontinue their Mandala Tweed Stripes! Seems like Lion Brand does that a lot the Ice Cream cotton blend was a big mistake to discontinue that yarn was beautiful & a great cotton acrylic blend to work with.
I like the Mandala yarns, but can't say I love them because when I am wanting to use them for a blanket, looking for a solid color yarn for the border, that would match in weight and color, it is really hard to figure it out on your website what would work best.

Just starting a round table cover with Mandala in Mothra color. I wish the Ombre came in 'double' size cakes. The Impressions yarn is beautiful, I really like the Mermaid and Wildflower. Beautiful.
I’ve made shawls and currently making a granny stitch midi jacket. Love it! So many wonderful colors. It’s the only yarn I have found with lots of yards! The weight is perfect as it’s not too heavy.

I wish Lion Brand offered solid colors to go with the cakes for borders etc. The new colors are pretty but I don’t like bulky weight, I live in a warm climate and the 3 weight is perfect! I use to get Lion Brand emails with great offers and coupons but that stopped which is disappointing because I bought the yarn non stop! I have signed up to receive offers numerous times but never receive your emails!
I found the color changes to be incredibly inconsistent and it was super frustrating. I bought three cakes for two different projects and there was SO much inconsistency that i scrapped both projects and returned the unused cake. Over half of one cake was literally one color. I would get, like, 10 rows of one color, 5 or 6 rows of another color and 40 rows of a different color. Then in the second cake it was basically the same thing but with different colors. Tiny amounts of a few colors and a huge amount of one color. That's really a bummer because the yarn itself was really nice and had a good feel in my hand and had nice stitch definition but ultimately i won't repurchase.
I’ve found mandala ‘classic’ to be uncomfortable to work with, feels like supersaver to me. However I love the ombre! It feels nicer to me. And the Impressions is also very nice to work with. My mother loves all the Mandala.
