I don't know if you've heard, but the city of Clt sold Romare Breaden Park to a LA firm who's building an 80 story tower to replace it.

Someone please raise the old Adams Mark Hotels & build a Fantastic new multi- Tower mixed use project for Brooklyn. Plus most of Marshall Park should be a dense walk only meandering village of shops and restaurants at only 3 stories each, give it a old world look like you would see in England. That would be the Heart of the City, not a rehash of the Epicenter.
A brick or stone street with outdoor dining, shops, galleries and local interesting shops.
Call it Brooklyn Village.

Otherwise, some may never happen due to national economic conditions (ex: Rising Inflation, Higher Interest Rates, Tech Industry downsizing, sweeping Work-from-Home evolution, Banking Industry Anxiety, Etc.) and various market uncertainty beginning to unravel many high-profile construction projects in big metropolitan areas.
