Wow, thanks! Yes, it does (or did) say, 89 subscribers. I am actively working on videos that are "high quality" and that, unfortunately, makes it so I am unable to release many videos. However more are coming soon!
So, I currently have been using the Fifine for 2 years, and have been looking to improve my audio on streams. But this seems to be about the same quality with the Blue Yeti.
Yes, at first. Once I got into adjusting and EQing the audio, the Blue Yeti seemed to have a wider range that gave me more to work with. The FiFine is a great mic though. If you are looking for an upgrade, look at going XLR. You may have to save up a bit, but the wait will be worth it, and you will get much better sound overall.
@adam One thing that does seem to be different is that one has a removable cable and the other doesn't (or didn't when I made this video, they could have changed it)
Ya, I really did like the FiFine T669 (especially the accessories) and would have gone with it if I had not been able to find the Blue Yeti used for such a good price. Very nice quality video for the sub count brother xD. I am buying a new mic. of my channel and I am confused between the 3. Any suggestions? P.S. Hope you grow.
Well, with you being a fellow RUclipsr, I would recommend the Blue Yeti. If you asked me whether to buy the Yeti x or just the OG Yeti, I would say the OG Yeti. I have tried both, and you have more control on the OG Yeti. So if you care about looks and/or you can't afford the Yeti (with COVID pricing) I would probably get the K669 or something similar to that from FiFine with a detachable cable (as that is one of the big downsides of the k669). Thanks for the comment Shiven, hope to continue to see you in the comments!
No, unfortunately, That is something that I forgot to mention in the review. The Fifine has a gain knob that can be turned all the way down essentially muting the Mic. Software options (whether it be in zoom, discord, or what have you) for muting the mic would probably be easier then you wouldn't have to readjust your gain every time you mute your mic.
After you put the volume all the way down, the mic will be muted. If you indeed need a mute button, the T683A is recommended. Link: fifinemicrophone.com/collections/microphones
I bought the t669 after watching this video and when i put the gain like you did in the video it had really loud noisy background I'm returning and going to buy the yeti now. I thought I would've been able to edit the background noise out the t669 but it takes too much time !
Is this mic suitable for online meeting? Is there any output AUX from the mic itself? Does this mic will receive any sound from the laptop and will the received sound become echo towards audiences in the online meeting? This is because I will also connect an external speaker to increase the volume so that myfamily member can listen.
Unfortunately neither the K669 or T669 have a 3.5mm audio jack, however this one does: amzn.to/3syCFHv The Blue Yeti also does indeed have a headphone jack for both an output from your computer and monitoring your audio. I would highly recommend using headphones when in a conference call. Even though most programs have anti feedback support, it will make your audio sound choppy to others.
Awesome, thanks! I have been working hard more upcoming videos, but life for me has been exponentially busy lately and of course it's when my RUclips channel starts taking off 😂.
Should you keep the AKG P120? For sure. Don't know how much you know about microphones, but just so you know you need have a proper XLR interface otherwise that mic will sound awful. That means like simply buying a XLR to 3.5mm cable. This goes for any XLR microphone. That thing to a trained ear sounds a million times better that something like a Blue Yeti, if set up properly. Setting it properly is one of the most important things though, otherwise it will sound like trash. If you plan to hook it up to a computer, get something like a GOXLR through this link: amzn.to/3mxOMAZ . If you are surprised by the price tag, ya unfortunately that is the most expensive part of an XLR microphone, thus why you would get something like a Blue Yeti. Hi Liam, just in case others may see this video. The T732 without a physical dial is not that convenient for streaming, while the T683 has a headphone jack that you don't need most of the time in your applications. We would recommend the newly-released AmpliGame bundle.
Ah, very good question, the short answer is a lot of time. The long answer is basically just animating a line on top of the video. I am glad that someone noticed!
You know we all have differing opinions. I think I actually agreed with you at the time, but I liked the features of the Blue Yeti better and I am glad I got it.
Hmm, my guess is it has to do with either a defective mic or something interfering with your internal USB controllers power source. My suggestion is to try to get an external USB controller. Note that this is not a USB hub.
Thanks for the Sub! If you are unsure about the microphone I would go with the Blue Yeti (if you can find it in stock) as I personally think it sounds better.
@@GetawayOfficial Great question, the little difference in sound quality is really up to you. However you won't be getting the different pickup patterns that come with the Blue Yeti. If you feel fine getting the T669 or K669, I would get one of those.
They are basically the same thing, just the K669 has more accessories and a detachable USB cable. Both sound good, if you care about the accessories, get the K669
You may confuse the K669 with the T669. The K669 doesn't come with the full kit, so it doesn't have an arm stand. T669 is the model that has a boom arm, a pop filter and a shock mount. If the budget is the main concern but you still want better sound quality than a K669, then just go for the K669 and an arm from other sellers (we're sorry that we don't sell boom arm separately). Such a combination should get the most out of your money: better than a K669 but not so expensive as a T669.
Do you recommend Fifine T669 to someone who uses Blue Snowball Ice? I use custom compression and other settings in obs which makes it good. So should I upgrade? I was gonna buy a boom arm and snowball ice would just look weird on it
I would actually recommend (with the size of your RUclips channel) saving up for a good XLR setup. Here are some mics I would recommend: amzn.to/3qY7BjR amzn.to/2ZPsEJF Don't know how much you know about microphones, but just so you know you also need to have a proper XLR interface otherwise that mic will sound awful (that means like buying a XLR to 3.5mm cable). @@Tech2BDiscovered tbh I dont really wanna spend so much on a mic right now. My viewers love my voice and have no complain with the quality. The only problem I am having is keyboard clicks since my mic is on my table. I know that could easily be solved with a boom arm. But I just saw how cheap was the Fifine mic, and it comes with a boom arm too, so just wanted to know if its better than the snowball ice
Just in case others may see your comment and have the same question. Just go get the T669, which is better in terms of the noise floor. Though if you prefer the look of the T058, that's another thing.
I mean you did a great job and your editing is very nice but the little "bleeps" and "bloops" very really annoying. Maybe try to add text in a way that doesn't take over the middle of the video. Other than that it's very glood. Again, roll back some of the sounds 😂
Ya, it's a hard choice. If you can afford it I would personally get the Blue Yeti. However to get all the similar accessories that the T669 comes with it will cost you around $50.
Please remove the glitching noises in your next videos, they are horrible, but I still ended up liking the video because of everything else! Thanks for the vid
So between the t669 and the k669 I should choose the t669? Is the t669 literally the exact same thing but the bundle deal and it’s not off to the side on the tripod? I am going to have it in the arm anyways so I should probably not buy the k669 and a separate mic arm, pop filter, and windscreen?
It pretty much depends on whether or not you need accessories. I would just recommend getting the k669 except for keep in mind that it does not have a detachable cable so if it broke you'd have to get a new one. If that is an issue, you may want to get the t669 instead. If you do go with the k669 I'd highly recommend getting a pop filter or wind screen.
@@Tech2BDiscovered ok. I’ve watched a bunch of reviews on the two and based on the quality of the accessories, I decided to go with the t669. I also have a question on do you think I can make some sort of phone holder with a separate tripod I have so I can record overhead angles with my phone?

I unfortunately no longer have the t669. As I mentioned in the video I liked the Blue Yeti and that is what I have used for the last 2 years. It's been great.
It will last until you want to replace it with something else. Some customers even used the older model like the K056 for more than five years. And all the products on our official sales channels are covered by the warranty as well.
Not sure if this translated correctly but, Не уверена (Not Sure). According to Google translate you asked: "Who put Russian like?" Thanks for watching!
That is a good point, however, that was when I made the video. Now-a-days there are so many people needing microphones for work-at-home stuff that microphones are selling like crazy.
Well unfortunately it is that way now, it wasn't though when I made the review. Maybe in a parallel dimension where 2020 didn't happen they are cheaper!
@@Tech2BDiscovered well I think both but mostly because the blue yeti is just so bulky and for not much better sound quality I actually think they’re about the same on terms of sound quality, at least for my voice

They are basically the same thing, just the K669 has more accessories and a detachable USB cable. Both sound good, if you care about the accessories, get the K669
@@Tech2BDiscovered thanks for your comment 😁👍🏻
@@baranbaso1 No problem
wait so can you buy the arm from the k669 separately to use w the t699? or will the price end up as the k669? (if you even can but the arm separately)
Awesome explanation. Couldn't have said it better myself!
Both fifine sounded good but I had to cancel my order cuz its not direction
Do you recommend Fifine T669 to someone who uses Blue Snowball Ice?
I use custom compression and other settings in obs which makes it good. So should I upgrade?
I was gonna buy a boom arm and snowball ice would just look weird on it
I would actually recommend (with the size of your RUclips channel) saving up for a good XLR setup. Here are some mics I would recommend:
amzn.to/3qY7BjR
amzn.to/2ZPsEJF
Don't know how much you know about microphones, but just so you know you also need to have a proper XLR interface otherwise that mic will sound awful (that means like buying a XLR to 3.5mm cable). This goes for any XLR microphone. An XLR mic to a trained ear sounds a million times better that something like a Blue Yeti, if set up properly. Setting it up properly is one of the most important things though, otherwise it will sound like trash. If you plan to hook it up to a computer, get something like a GOXLR through this link: amzn.to/3mxOMAZ . If you are surprised by the price tag, ya unfortunately that is the most expensive part of an XLR microphone, thus why you would get something like a Blue Yeti. Here are a few more suggestions for XLR interfaces:
M- Audio 2x2: amzn.to/3nGt8Mg
Focusrite Scarlett Solo: amzn.to/3mDlX6q
@@Tech2BDiscovered tbh I dont really wanna spend so much on a mic right now. My viewers love my voice and have no complain with the quality. The only problem I am having is keyboard clicks since my mic is on my table. I know that could easily be solved with a boom arm. But I just saw how cheap was the Fifine mic, and it comes with a boom arm too, so just wanted to know if its better than the snowball ice
Ya I think the T669 is actually a better mic from my experience than the snowball.
@@Tech2BDiscovered Thanks for the help!
How is fifine t058b??
Assuming you have a proper XLR interface, probably pretty good. There are better and cheaper XLR options out there though.
Just in case others may see your comment and have the same question. Just go get the T669, which is better in terms of the noise floor. Though if you prefer the look of the T058, that's another thing.
816 bruh u need to have 372 k
Very specific number! I'm honestly astonished at 816!
I mean you did a great job and your editing is very nice but the little "bleeps" and "bloops" very really annoying. Maybe try to add text in a way that doesn't take over the middle of the video. Other than that it's very glood.
Again, roll back some of the sounds 😂
Thanks for the suggestions👍
i don´t know what to buy now :(
Ya, it's a hard choice. If you can afford it I would personally get the Blue Yeti. However to get all the similar accessories that the T669 comes with it will cost you around $50.
Please remove the glitching noises in your next videos, they are horrible, but I still ended up liking the video because of everything else! Thanks for the vid
Noted! I am curious, did I fix this in the video about the monitor?
What’s louder?
The Blue Yeti is able to have higher gain but a USB microphone ultimately depends on your audio card in your computer.
Tech2BDiscovered wait... doesnt usb depend on the voltage you can have from ur psu? the soundcard only makes sense for the xlr mics
t669 better no doubts
Both sound very close to each other. The Blue Yeti certainly wins as far as features go though.
@@Instinct0425 hey man did you buy the t669 now? And if yes how do you like it
@@999noah2 not yet, asking for it for Christmas
@@Instinct0425 ok thanks!
Question: at 8:24 you had this really cool editing effect with the purple thingy. How did you do that? Thanks
Great question. The answer is a lot of time in Avee player customizing it to fit my style.
@@Tech2BDiscovered Thanks!!
im confused so you tested the t660 only one time?
I tested the FiFine T669, I am really sorry but I guess I don't understand the rest of your comment.
@@Tech2BDiscovered i think he’s talking about the sound testing. i don’t think you sound tested with the T669 you were only switching between the Yeti and K669 unless i missed it
are you still using fifine t669 microphone ...I want to buy for my youtube channel for voiceover ...can you tell me how many year you are using this microphone till now ?... is there any issue you are facing ...please reply me
I unfortunately no longer have the t669. As I mentioned in the video I liked the Blue Yeti and that is what I have used for the last 2 years. It's been great.
It will last until you want to replace it with something else. Some customers even used the older model like the K056 for more than five years. And all the products on our official sales channels are covered by the warranty as well.
wait u have 800 subs only
I know surprises me too (that I have that many subs that is)
fifine t669
Кто русский ставь лайк
Not sure if this translated correctly but, Не уверена (Not Sure).
According to Google translate you asked: "Who put Russian like?" Thanks for watching!
Si, pero el blue yeti vale el doble o mas xd
That is a good point, however, that was when I made the video. Now-a-days there are so many people needing microphones for work-at-home stuff that microphones are selling like crazy.
Blue yeti best
How tf don't you have more subs lol, great vid
Thanks!
the fact that fifine t669 s being compared to a microphone double its price is amazing
Well unfortunately it is that way now, it wasn't though when I made the review. Maybe in a parallel dimension where 2020 didn't happen they are cheaper!
Hey, also check out the Blue Yeti on eBay; I bet you could win an auction for under $100
@@Tech2BDiscovered I already have both and from an auction and I’m probably gonna sell the blue yeti
@@laufity2801 Because of looks or sound quality? I am just curious I know that everybody's voice is different so there is no right or wrong answer.
@@Tech2BDiscovered well I think both but mostly because the blue yeti is just so bulky and for not much better sound quality I actually think they’re about the same on terms of sound quality, at least for my voice
Your video quality is sick. Keep doing man👍👍👍
Appreciate it! I do my best, make sure to subscribe!
WTF only 119 subs wtf
