  • From Ape to God: Sapiens Book Review (Urdu/ Hindi
    Sapiens is one of the greatest books ever written on evolutionary history of humans. It contains utmost significance in the world when it comes to history and its understanding.
    Yuval Noah Harari has written this book in 2014 from then onwards the book has earned much reverence throughout the world for its comprehensive account of humans.
    The book carries four chapters which majorly revolve around three phenomenal revolutions in humans history: Cognitive Revolution 70000 years ago, Agricultural Revolution around 12000 years ago and Scientific Revolution which is very recent 500 years ago.
    I have attempted to explain and review the book in detail. Every chapter is separately reviewed so that you could get a thorough and even minute understanding of the book.
    Watch it to understand and know your own history: of Homo Sapiens.

    I read this book very keen .The Apes of God is a fine cynical lacework... The novel is an intricate rococo of words… And its title cleverly joints the origin of species with divinity… However in his wicked tale Wyndham Lewis sneers at the sham artistic beings who apishly attempt to imitate creative acts of God…

      Dear, science and religion are two different and entirely separate things. I don’t say or implore you consider this book or science true or perfect. I have just reviewed the book and have tried to convey the idea of the book. It is now up to you and on every individual to follow the path they want. However, one thing I can say is that everyone should not follow anything so blindly whether that is science or religion or any other thing. One must investigate and interrogate things by the lieu of the capacity of one’s faculties. If one begin to use his/ her mind and begin to question things, he then I thing can drain better conclusions.

      @@InshanattaspeaksNo there is fact like thing in science in modern scientific world. There are new theories which take position of previous.
      there have been instances in history where a scientific consensus was later proven wrong. Science is a process of discovery, and as new evidence emerges, previous theories or beliefs can be revised or even overturned.
      Here are a couple of notable examples:
      1. **Geocentrism vs. Heliocentrism**: For centuries, the prevailing belief was that the Earth was the center of the universe (geocentrism). This view was widely accepted by scientists and philosophers until the 16th century, when Copernicus proposed that the Sun was at the center of the solar system (heliocentrism). Later, Galileo and others provided evidence supporting this model, fundamentally changing our understanding of the cosmos.
      2. **Phlogiston Theory**: In the 17th and 18th centuries, the phlogiston theory was widely accepted. It posited that a fire-like element called phlogiston was released during combustion. This theory was later debunked by the discovery of oxygen and the modern understanding of chemical reactions.
      These examples highlight the self-correcting nature of science. As new evidence comes to light, scientific theories are tested and updated, which can lead to significant shifts in our understanding.
      Latest time 100% authentic researches proven be wrong.
      Recent examples of scientific consensus being revised or challenged include:
      1. **Stomach Ulcers and Bacteria (Helicobacter pylori)**:
      - **Past Consensus**: For a long time, it was believed that stomach ulcers were primarily caused by stress, spicy foods, or excessive acid production.
      - **New Understanding**: In the 1980s, Australian scientists Barry Marshall and Robin Warren discovered that a bacterium called *Helicobacter pylori* (H. pylori) was the main cause of most stomach ulcers. Their work was initially met with skepticism but eventually revolutionized the treatment of ulcers, leading to the use of antibiotics instead of just acid-reducing drugs.
      2. **Pluto's Status as a Planet**:
      - **Past Consensus**: Pluto was discovered in 1930 and was considered the ninth planet of the solar system.
      - **New Understanding**: In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) redefined the criteria for planet status, leading to the reclassification of Pluto as a "dwarf planet." This decision was based on new understanding of the characteristics of celestial bodies in our solar system, particularly in the Kuiper Belt.
      3. **The Role of Cholesterol in Heart Disease**:
      - **Past Consensus**: For decades, dietary cholesterol was believed to be a major contributor to heart disease. Foods high in cholesterol, like eggs, were often avoided.
      - **New Understanding**: More recent research has shown that dietary cholesterol has a much smaller impact on blood cholesterol levels and heart disease risk than previously thought. The focus has shifted more toward the types of fats consumed (saturated vs. unsaturated) rather than cholesterol itself. This has led to changes in dietary guidelines in many countries.
      4. **Impact of Saturated Fats**:
      - **Past Consensus**: Saturated fats were universally considered harmful and directly linked to heart disease. Many dietary guidelines recommended minimizing their intake.
      - **New Understanding**: Recent studies have questioned the strength of the link between saturated fats and heart disease. Some research suggests that the relationship is more complex, and other factors, like the overall diet and the type of saturated fat, play a role. This has led to some revisions in dietary advice, though the topic remains debated among scientists.
      These examples demonstrate that science evolves with new evidence, and what was once considered true can be reassessed as our understanding deepens.
      So, by many researches there are many loopholes in evolution theory. And by the way it is such a theory you presenting

      If there were nit humans before adam so to whom he was sent to
      And according to quran when Allah created adam the angels said he will.make disturbance why are you making him
      So my question is taht how the angels got to know he will make disturbance ? Because they knew it he will do as same things as humans did it before him

      @Sam-isra
      Islam does say that the first human was Adam, and probably the first prophet not sent for any nation to reform it but sent due to his mistake .
      And dear this is question that most atheists asks and reject Islamic idea of Adam that Adam was not the first human. Humans evolved a lot earlier than Adam arrival in earth..

      @Sam-isra Месяц назад +1

      I can prove that he was a chosen person and before him no body van speaks but he could and via history he came almost 10000 years ago and surprisingly we found sigh of language in that time not before
      And according to quran the final testament Angels bow down to Adam
      Tell me on the base of what????
      What he got that Angels make to knee before him
      That was the knowledge
      And when you come to old testament you will find why Angels boe down to Adam that was knowledge that he gave name to everyone thing(knowledge of language) that never existed before Adam

The Way by Swann's, of In Search of Lost Time. A lucky coincidence to start The Apes of God. I realise that the Prologue and Part 1, about Lady Fredigonde and Co. has to be a send-up satire of Proust's elderly Aunt and household.

    The book was published more than a decade ago, and the citizens of advanced, developed, and cultured nations have long since read and moved on from it. But here we are, with Pakistan-a struggling Third World country that survives on handouts from the World Bank, IMF, the U.S., and China-finally getting around to reviewing it over 10 years later. This is precisely why Pakistan remains mired in poverty, dependency, and begging. Stay in your place, my friend, because that’s all you’ll ever be-a nation that lags behind, always chasing the world’s leftovers.

    just remember, harari is the same guy who referred to humans as controllable animals

    • @Inshanattaspeaks
      @Inshanattaspeaks  Месяц назад

      True. Humans can be controlled.
      Thus, harari says the stories humans have created are actually controlling them. Stories of different kind that they generated are now working as a check on their freedom.
      However, Harari also seems to be saying that in foreseeable future things will change. Such stories will no longer be relevant to humans. They won’t appeal humans any more. Humans could get to the heights of freedom and animalism then. And to control humans again, another set of stories and myths created by very humans is important. They will do what they want unless construct another fascinating stories which indirectly controls them.

    • @childrenofadam4
      @childrenofadam4 Месяц назад +1

      @@Inshanattaspeaks those stories he is speaking about is referring to religion... that idea you are referring to is taking humanity to atheism by erasing religion. now i am not suggesting atheism is bad and religion is good. and his idea of controlling is like how animals are controlled in a zoo or a farm... also installing chips in humans in the future when that technology is available to control them like robots.
      this book is older, things have changed a lot since then. not everything that glitters is gold.

    • @Inshanattaspeaks
      @Inshanattaspeaks  Месяц назад

      @childrenofadam4 true things have changed over time. And the ideas to grow old as humans. But the things he has delved into in the book are relevant even today. I don’t find anything Harari has talked in the book has gone irrelevant. If u have anything such in mind, share it?

    • @childrenofadam4
      @childrenofadam4 Месяц назад +1

      @@Inshanattaspeaks i just did share it above.. also you can do your own research what is he upto now, who is he working for and what is the agenda of who he is working for...
      as i said, this book is old, and the ideology of the writer has changed a lot since then.... and i will also say it again, all that glitters is not gold
