    Hiii Jenna so great to see you especially since you cooked my must have on Sunday. Callaloo bush is not available but baby spinach does the job,my trini friends call it spinaloo. Missed seeing u ,keep safe.

      If you could find Taro leaves, it can work too. Some Asian grocery stores does carry them in the US and Canada.
